  1. 1. Who should lead on Destiny?

I think they're using the stones scenes to acquaint people with the characters in order to make the viewer care about them getting home. They'll quit using them so much soon I expect. Just a theory though.

Would've been nice if they stopped with a better more action packed episode before breaking though...

Im still watching but only because it is Stargate. I like the drama of the episodes, but, there needs to be some kind of alien interaction, a season big bad. Without it, the season will just drag on and on and on...

No? I dont see what that has to do with my comments on the show?

You went on and on about how bad it is and how much money you spent on Stargate merchandise and how they don't deserve your money or rating.. Yet you still watch. Way to stick it to the man!

Awesome they're making the show into a badly scripted reality show. silly alliances, back-stabbings and gossip all included

next episode they'll start voting people out the airlock

While I've defended the show for awhile and likely still will I am getting a little tired of the back and forth and no real change. I think it was needed to establish it but its being dragged on longer than I'd appreciate. But what can you expect from a show with 20 episodes in a season. Every show with that many is loaded the fillers and stupid twists that end up going no where. The only exception in my mind is 24, but even then, they solve the problem in the premiere usually 10-12 episodes deep, the rest are some miracle twist that creates a whole new problem.

Showtime/HBO have the right formula. Short seasons, long episodes.

And I don't think the Asgard theory is too far fetched. They don't need to be 'evil' but that would be more entertaining. While they still could introduce a new alien race I suspect it will be a familiar face. Plus SG1 explained the Asgard had been watching the human race as they believed it showed potential. Waiting and watching is something they are very familiar with. Lastly, much like humans, there are good ones and bad ones. I highly doubt there is only one fraction of 'evil' Asgards. There certainly isn't any shortage of evil humans.

It'd be awesome if just once they brought McKay or Carter onto the ship with one of the stones and as in usual SG-1/Atlantis fashion they figure out the code in 5 minutes and say "Man, Rush is worthless...couldn't even figure out that simple code? It was the default 1234 code that all Ancient ships have..."

Still too much drama and no real action :(
Omg -_- think about it in terms of REALITY for a second. You're in a pretty bad situation, and the only person(1) who can do anything isn't helping anyone and only causing more trouble. Trying to frame the person who is in charge just so he can get his ajenda done. What do you THINK they should do?

No one trusted Rush anymore. Not Young, Telford, Eli or anyone.

I'm gonna miss Rush if he doesn't return yea, but it was probably time to wake up that little back seat driver in this cross-galaxy space trip.

He wanted to be in control, and now he's got it.

Now.... wonder what's gonna happen to the chair guy.

*1 - besides Eli, but you have to admit he doesn't understand all that Rush was.

Well, Young isn't any different than Rush either. He cold bloodedly left a member on another planet. Without any trial..just personal vendetta...

True, but he had been "crossed" by Rush on more than one occasion, so some of it was eye for an eye.

I'm also curious like others, about what happens to the dude who sat in the chair. Those two temple pressing devices looked damn painful :(

You should probably have spoiler tagged that.

Does Destiny stop at a different galaxy everytime? If not I think a likely possibility is that Rush will access the computer on the ship and find some gate addresses. Then gates around until he comes across the rest again.

ROFL that is hilarious, would be way too funny if that was the case!

    • Report: iPhone Air isn't dead, and a second-generation model is planned for 2027 by Hamid Ganji Image via Apple Since the launch of the iPhone Air, we’ve heard conflicting rumors and speculation about the fate of Apple's ultra-thin iPhone. As it turns out, Apple is not going to ditch the Air model from its lineup, and a second generation is already planned for next year. As reported by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, citing people familiar with the matter, the second-generation iPhone Air is planned for spring 2027 and is poised to receive notable upgrades. The upgraded model, codenamed V62, will reportedly feature an additional rear camera for ultrawide photography. The new camera system is said to be in advanced testing within Apple. Gurman also says the second-generation iPhone Air could offer better battery life, either through a larger battery or software improvements. The overall design of the device is expected to remain unchanged. A single rear camera and below-average battery life were among the biggest drawbacks of the first-generation iPhone Air despite its $999 price tag. Hopefully, the next iPhone Air will fare better. Gurman also added that the device will be powered by the A20 Pro processor. The release of the second-generation iPhone Air in spring 2027 aligns with previous reports that Apple is shaking up the iPhone release cycle. Accordingly, the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the company’s first foldable iPhone are expected to launch in September 2026, followed by the iPhone 18 and the new iPhone Air roughly six months later. The 20th-anniversary iPhone is also reportedly planned for fall 2027. Meanwhile, if you’re planning to buy the refreshed iPhone Air, Apple might surprise you with a new price tag. As we reported today, CEO Tim Cook confirmed that price increases are on the way due to rising memory chip costs and a severe shortage. With that in mind, analysts estimate that the base iPhone 18 Pro could cost as much as $1,399 this year. The current $999 iPhone Air may not be immune to those price hikes.
