  1. 1. Who should lead on Destiny?

I don't like these mid-season breaks too. Judging by that preview though, it looks like it'll be worth the wait.

yeah it was way to long for me, I will have to go back and watch the last few episodes again on Syfy.com before the restart!

Robert will guest lead on Stargate Universe as Simeon in 6-7 episodes in season 2 of the show. The second season of Stargate Universe started filming on March 10th. The Simeon character is described like this:

"Simeon is a dangerous Lucian Alliance soldier. He was a seasoned criminal before being recruited by the Alliance. He's strong and intimidating but more crafty and wiry than big and muscular. Scary in that you're never sure what he will do. He also holds secrets that are desperately sought after by Earth and those on board Destiny - secrets he would die or worse, kill to protect. He's an antagonist for several episodes before he finally comes into serious conflict with Robert Carlyle's character Rush and they are forced to face off."

Finally getting round to catching up on the last few episodes before the break and just watched that "Time" episode and WTF? think my mind was confused by the end, did like the little aliens though :p

Sypnosis for episode 11, "Divided":

Dr. Nicholas Rush and Chloe suffer nightmares following their ordeal on the alien vessel, and Rush suspects that a tracking device may have been placed on the ship's hull. Later, a splinter group on Destiny executes a coup with life-threatening consequences.

Stargate Universe - Brad Wright admits to some mistakes

Brad Wright admits to mistakes in early episodes of "Stargate Universe," but he believes "SGU 1.5" will convince disillusioned fans to stick with the latest edition of the long-running franchise.

"I think the second half of Season 1 is strong, or stronger, and certainly answers some of the criticisms that have been thrown toward the show," Wright told me during a conversation around the time the "SGU 1.0" DVD set dropped.

.I'm thinking critcs will change their minds about the show, which returns at 8 p.m. April 2 on Syfy. After viewing the first two episodes of "SGU 1.5," I have even more admiration for producers Wright, Robert C. Cooper and their entire crew in Vancouver. The episodes--"Space" and "Divided"--are action-packed yet keep the sinister, is-my-shipmate-my-enemy tone that the team established solidly in the first half of the season.

same here but a few people here had gripes towards this series.

Same here too, I might not be happy with every decision made as a spin off to SG-1 and Atlantis, but I wouldn't say anything was a mistake, just different.

Looking forward to it coming back, can't stand these stupid gaps in shows.
