I disagree. He had instructions obviously. Stay in the back and anticipate. I think he did it well.

Frank> I know what you said. But you keep criticizing other teams, and it's boring. Liverpool did a great game, so did Chelsea, but you sound like you're still ****ed off.

Every football fan with a brain knows today football is about money. And without the money (tons of) your team didn't have Torres. And Liverpool is good too at wasting it, remember Robbie Keane ?

I suppose United have no money in the bank! I think not, United are the wealthiest club in the world and also use MONEY to buy players as do all the other big clubs!

Quite frankly a ludicrous comparison!

Good wins for Man U and The Arsenal tonight!

Man U aren't the wealthiest of clubs, yes they make more money and are worth more, but that doesn't mean anything in terms of money in the bank. They don't spend the most either (going back a few seasons). The point with Chelsea is that Abromovich came in and spent a hell of a lot of money which Chelsea as a club didn't 'earn'. The wealth of United/Liverpool/Arsenal has come from previous success, attracting big-name players and have lots of fans globally.

Liverpool are a frontrunning team, and always have been. Chelsea where not a frontrunning team before red rom's millions came to their aid.

The result of the game was a disappointment but no, I am not p*ssed off. And all teams waste money, just look at what a waste of space Shevchenko was, but you won't know how players fit in if you don't buy them and Keane always performed well whilst he was at Tottenham.

Exactly, they couldn't know before the buy.

And of course, nothing compare to Shevchenko. He was more expensive and Chelsea (and some other things) managed to break all his football. One of the biggest wast ever, we both agree on that.

The text is in french and it is ?ber funny if you understand it.

They have a big hand in the destiny of all 3 title United are still in the run in for. The CL of course, Liverpool and United both have to face Arsenal at home in the League, and United could end up playing United in the FA Cup Final!

You weren't directly affected, don't get me wrong i'm not having a go at you for going to hillsborough moreover you were using it as a excuse in reply to nothuman and if you can't even bear to watch football after the memorial why come in this thread where things were going to be obviously said especially with the ridiculous stuff said by Frank Fontaine. Once again I apologise if you took what I said as an attack at you for going to hillsborough.

If you class directly affected as having a close family member die in the Hillsborough disaster, then I was not 'directly' affected. However, I was affected, there is no denying that.

Apology accepted.

Man U aren't the wealthiest of clubs, yes they make more money and are worth more, but that doesn't mean anything in terms of money in the bank. You have hit the nail on the head there.

Man Utd have the 'right' to go out and spend ?30 million each on the likes of Ferdinand, Veron, Rooney and Berbatov. Why? They have earnt that money through previous successes. Chelsea on the other hand were just handed an unlimited warchest, and it looks like Man City will be throwing money around willy nilly in the summer if the Kaka ordeal is anything to go by.

Football finance is pretty important. If 'magical money' just appears in the game it has an influence on all clubs. If Kaka had gone to Man City for ?108 million, then Milan would have bought players with that money, affecting the finance of the game with the end result being that player prices increase leaving the smaller clubs in an even more difficult position.

Inter coach Jose Mourinho has warned Juventus that his side will be heading to Turin to win as he throws down the gauntlet to his bitter rivals.

Despite the 10-point gap separating the two teams, Mourinho is urging his players to rise to the challenge of beating Juve on their own turf to all but lift the Scudetto.

"We want to win. We will not go there to play for the draw," Mourinho told Sky Sport Italia.

"I want to try and win even if we can go on the pitch for two results. I would prefer to be the Italian champions with a 13-point advantage rather than one.

"We are first because we are stronger than the rest and we deserve to win the title."

Juventus ace Alessandro Del Piero tried to stir up the rivalry when he said his side have nothing to envy about the Nerazzurri. Mourinho has failed to see fit with that notion as he responds to the Italian.

"Del Piero should envy Inter for the 10-point gap we have over his side. He is right to speak about his past. He has done everything at Juve, just a shame he hasn't won the Ballon d'Or."

:D didn't know where else to post this.. lol.. I love this guy!! and he's at his mind games again.. EPL misses Mourinho but seems he might be heading over soon.. Sir Alex also hinted that its possible in a season or two..

You just get the feeling Wenger needs a change of club. He's done pretty well at Arsenal over the years, but you look at the time and most of the time you laugh. Some good players but the way they play at times is odd and Wenger doesn't help with very odd tatics.

I mean you'd thought he'd have Van Persie, Andry and Ady on at the same time and whats up with almunia?

606: DEBATE

As I've said many times before, Younes Kaboul is not so good when plonked straight into the team, but after a run he seems pretty good

    • The biggest issue in this version of Win 11 context menu, from usability standpoint, is the movable row with basic commands. Think of a car analogy...if You turn the week left the infotainment screen will move right and vice versa. With how it works now Microsoft made something forbidden in designing in any UI, software or hardware. I can't grasp who were the morons within Microsoft suggesting it was a good idea and gave it a green light.

Or else go further and easily build dynamic 3D illustrations and special effects. It's as simple or as powerful as you want it to be. Base is the database front-end of the LibreOffice suite. With Base, you can seamlessly integrate into your existing database structures. • Amazon eero Pro 6E mesh Wi-Fi system 2-pack is 27% off by Ivan Jenic The Amazon eero Pro 6E mesh Wi-Fi system is currently $239.99 on Amazon for the 2-pack, down from $329.99. That's 27% off and $90 saved for a solid Wi-Fi solution that covers your entire home (purchase link down below). The 2-pack covers up to 4,000 square feet (372 square meters) and supports 100+ connected devices, which handles the vast majority of home setups without breaking a sweat. Wi-Fi 6E brings access to the 6 GHz band for lower latency across the network, and the 2.5 Gb Ethernet port supports gigabit+ internet plans if your ISP offers them. eero's TrueMesh technology handles traffic routing automatically, so you're not manually managing which devices connect to which node. You set up the entire thing through the eero app, and the entire process takes a few minutes. The system also receives automatic security updates in the background, so once you set it up, you don't have to worry about compatibility issues. If you're covering a larger home or want more nodes, the 3-pack is $329.99 and the 4-pack is $479.98, both at similar discount levels. It's worth mentioning that a newer model exists, which is likely the reason for the discount, but the Pro 6E is still perfectly capable hardware for most homes. • Ladybird Browser is no longer accepting outside contributions thanks to AI by David Uzondu The Ladybird Browser Project has announced it will no longer accept public pull requests and will limit changes to those made by its maintainers as it works towards its first alpha release. According to Ladybird's creator Andreas Kling, this is "not a change we make lightly," but the rapid shift in AI capabilities forced their hand. Previously, a massive PR implied that the person behind it put a lot of care into the code and is ready to "answer for the consequences." Now with AI, anyone can generate a PR without even understanding the bug fix or feature they want merged. The blog post goes on to say that the team is closing all open public pull requests immediately, and that maintainers will not treat external forks as a review queue for upstream Ladybird. Instead, the team wants outside contributors to focus on reporting bugs and running tests. Kling started Ladybird back in 2019 as LibHTML, a simple HTML viewer for his hobby operating system, SerenityOS, but by September 2022, it had turned into a full-fledged browser project. What sets Ladybird apart from the likes of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox is its totally independent engine, which does not rely on pre-existing codebases. The project maintains a strict policy against default search engine deals or user data monetization, keeping development funded entirely by donations and sponsorships. Generative AI is forcing open source project maintainers to rethink how they handle public code contributions (and the whole open-source thing in general). One month ago, a leak about the National Health Service (NHS) suggested the organization was planning to take all of its public repositories private ahead of a May 11 deadline, thanks to Mythos (an AI model that Anthropic believes is too dangerous to be released to the public) and its ability to find and write exploits for zero-day vulnerabilities. Thankfully, the Government Digital Service (GDS) issued a counter-report titled "AI, open code and vulnerability risk in the public sector" that stopped the shutdown by pointing out that hiding code does not improve security.
