Get the ball when it's handed to them ? They were poor in 1st half..

Sure Bar?a has been better in the first half but Chelsea had the best opportunity to score, this is the danger.

best thing they are doing is stopping Xavi and Iniesta, without'em Bar?a is lost. and Bosingwa is killing Messi

Clever game... pffft, no need to show sympathy because they are another "English" team.

What if it was Chelsea against an Italian team and the roles reversed? Chelsea playing and the Italians playing their old game? the english media and english footy fans would go crazy.

plz to fix IPS.

I agree with Martyn, Chelsea played a great game against the team that, IMO, makes the best football actually. the could stop Bar?a without fouls or hard play, what I haven't seen any team do this year. and seeing Essien and Mikel running after Xavi/Iniesta at the 90th min was just WOW.

now next week they'll have to play a bit of football if they want to get to the final, and there Bar?a will have its chance, i just hope the take it and get to the final

I have no affection for any other English team other than Liverpool Football Club. I want Barca to process to the final, and I want Chelsea to crash and burn, but the indeniable fact is that Chelsea got the job done tonight at the Nou Camp.

Chelsea went to the Nou Camp with the sole aim of still being in the tie after the first leg, you could tell that by the way they set up. They played 4 central midfielders and focused on stopping Barca playing more than on their own game.

Barca enjoyed large periods of possesion in their own half and in the second third of the pitch, but Chelsea did a sterling defensive job in the final third of the pitch, where it matters most.

To be honest, I still think Barca will progress, as Chelsea cannot afford to play the same way at Stamford Bridge as they did tonight at the Nou Camp, and an away goal will be vital for Barca.

Agreed. Chelsea have actually theoretically left themselves in a vulnerable position. For me setting out to not win the game was a bad tactic. Chelsea will have to go on the attack at the bridge, and that will stretch them a bit, and Barca have the ability to rip any team that is stretched to shreds. That coupled with the defensive vulnerability that they have shown of late when going on the attack will leave them with a lot of work to do.

I don't like the tactic of playing for draws in European away games, teams in Europe possess so much quality that it is a very dangerous tactic. Amusing that a lot of rumbling came out of Chelsea fans earlier in the season that Liverpool where a defensive team.

I am hoping for another draw at Stamford Bridge. Then we can go into extra time and penalties. They will both be playing defensively again!

Bar?a can't play defensively, the don't have players to do that, specially with Marquez and Puyol out. I guess and hope they will play like they always do, the only change i guess Guardiola will introduce will be Keita for Henry, to put Iniesta in the wing and have mor contention in the midle, and of course a new middle defender, eider Caceres in his normal position or Abidal in the middle and Silvinho in the wing.

anyway, if Chelsea plays a little and don't do what they did yesterday, Bar?a will have its chance, I just hope they take it

    • I'm content with my dual charger for now, but this actually sounds quite nice - and it's less expensive than I was expecting. As for the company, they can name themselves "Nazirapist" for all I care.
    • While I miss Outlook for a couple of small things, I use Thunderbird now because I don't like how MS wants to force you to change things.
    • Chrome has history of being the browser everyone uses because Internet Explorer sucks, not realizing that Edge changed that, but people got into the habit of using Chrome. I use Brave and I've never been happier with a browser. It does what it is meant to do and gets out of the way.

    • Microsoft launches Godot Sample to streamline Xbox PC game development on the engine by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Microsoft today announced a new endeavor that aims to make it simpler for Godot developers to get their products into the Xbox PC ecosystem. Dubbed the "XBOX Godot Sample," this is a new public reference for developers using the open-source engine. This is set to serve as an example of how Microsoft GDK, Xbox Services, and PlayFab can be integrated into their projects. The sample is available now on GitHub as a working example. This covers key features in gaming projects that developers may need to release their projects on Xbox PC, with everything from matchmaking and game sign-in to gamepad compatibility with Godot being covered. This release is being called the first step in giving Godot developers the tools to bring their games over to Xbox PC, with more changes to come based on feedback and issue reports. However, the company was clear that this is not related to bringing Godot projects to Xbox consoles. The engine's open development model stops it from accessing console SDKs due to the requirement of NDAs and legal contracts. Here's how it explained this Godot sample project's focus: This is a source-only sample, not a product. It's MIT-licensed at the wrapper layer; the GDK and PlayFab dependencies still require their own installs and license acceptance, consistent with our other XBOX samples. There is no set update cadence for support or maintenance. We’ll watch the repo, monitor issues, and iterate where it makes sense, but this isn't a commercial release. That said, we’re excited to hear your feedback and see any community PRs, as we evolve this together. This is the first step in bringing Godot for XBOX on PC. We plan to evolve it over time based on what the community tells us is most valuable. This sample is built specifically for XBOX on PC. It doesn’t include support for XBOX Series X|S or XBOX One. If you’re already building for XBOX Series X|S or XBOX One, please talk with your XBOX representative. If not, you can get started by signing up here. Game developers can find the XBOX Godot Sample by heading to GitHub over here. Documentation on how to get started with Godot for building an Xbox PC project can be seen here.
