Well, kinda harsh on Chelesa but when you setup to play defensively, that is the price you pay against a side as good as Barcelona. Personally I thought there was a chance they might pay for their approach to the first leg, and although it could be argued they where a little bit hard done by tonight, personally I feel they payed for playing defensively over the course of the 2 legs.

Bit disappointed because I don't really want united to win the CL, but with half of Barcelona's already shaky defense suspended or injured its gonna be a tough ask for Barcelona to beat united in the final.

Also  at Drogba again, the guy is just proving what a disgrace to the game he is. Bout time IMO that Uefa did something about his behaviour.

Daaaamn I missed all the drama, stop watching the game at about 70 mins.

Also I wanted a Man Utd Chelsea rematch :( Guess Barcelona will liven things up a bit from it just feeling like a premier league match  I think they actually might win it though, even with their defensive worries.

Reffing in both semi-finals was really bad. The only refereeing display I saw which really impressed me this season was the referee in the United VS Liverpool game. Uefa need to take a long hard look at the quality of their reffing, and again I may state...

BRING VIDEO REPLAYS INTO THE DAMN GAME!

Throughout the entire match I was wondering why no quick passes followed by powerful shots from Barcelona, when it evident it was needed so much... one time they did, it went in, was it that hard?

Chelsea were much better this time, I think they could afford playing like that in the first leg, but after that display I just don't care what happened this game, I didn't want Chelsea to get anything.

Barcelona didn't do the right things in this game, Alves was horrible and why does he get to kick all the free balls? I don't know, Barca will need to be more focuses against Manchester United but United is a whole new style of play, so I expect things to be different, hope for a good game.

Maybe the ref had a vendetta against chelsea, I dont know but this is how the game goes. Teams have been unlucky in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

No place for vid replays in football leave that to cricket please.

reffing sucks hard..

Chelsea deserved to win.. But i was with Barca..

u wouldnt believe i was *like so disappointed at how bad they were playing.

I really think Iniesta and Messi should be playing for some other team. They are 2 big players for Barca.

They were making all the chances. And they were the one because of whom Barca goes to the final.

I wanted a Barca Man U final :p and ill get one :D :D :D

P.S.

About the Reffing. They should Allow a referee outside who atleast judge the penalty calls.. The Blind BALDY MAN gave unfair Red card ... misjudged 4 penalty fouls.. and more.. I remember there was an Italian refferee... skinny.. old..

i really liked him.. he was fair.

He is a legend.

Man Utds biggest problem IMO is Barcelona's pace.

The back four of Man Utd aside from Evra aren't the fastest bunch, so I think Sir Alex would be relying on the midfield to do what they usually do and put a lot of pressure on opposition attacks. Shame fletcher isn't in there though, he works his ass off.

Due to how attacking Man Utd usually play, exposing a slow back 4 is much easier than the likes of Chelsea who park the bus quite a bit at times.

I believe it was Abidal who got sent off wrongly.. and he is not a Chelsea player.. hats off to Barca for coming back with 10 men..

Drogba was awful.. Ballack disgraceful..

I wanted an all English final game.. but glad Barca won it coz final will be very interesting now.. if Chelsea had won.. final would've been boring and defensive.. with these 2 in the final i expect fireworks.. I hope now for Henry's sake that Barca wins.. as an ex-Gunner we still love him and he deserves this trophy more than anyone..

PS.. I almost forgot.. did Terry cry again??? Anyone saw this or vice versa? I was too busy dancing with joy to look at the telly after they scored..

The argument against not bringing in replays in football is really stupid IMO.. they say it will affect the flow of the game.. like the match is never stopped for freekicks or conslting the linesman!

The clock doesn't stop. If you consult replays then there's going to be a lot of added time.

Maybe. It depends how they handle it. In Rugby (both League and Union), it usually takes around a minute, but they stop the clock. The main argument I read is that at grass roots, it wouldn't be available, so the game would be inconsistent.

    • The current Statcoungter desktop numbers has Google Chrome increasing it's market share this past year and currently commanding 75% share. Everybody else is just making up the numbers with even MS Edge losing 3% this past year and has dipped just below 10% share which is staggering considering it's default on every Windows deviced purchased. If these numbers are correct that terrible Edge number is both devastating and embarrassing for MS especially when you add in the terribly low Bing market share. This leads me to ask a couple of questions as the default browser holding just less than 10% market share seems really weird. It used to be that all Chromium browsers were being counted as Google Chrome in some cases.  Is this still happening? Do these high Google Chrome numbers contains some Edge user numbers?
    • Yeah, all web browsers seem to have some junk in them these days. The regular Brave browser has a lot of unnecessary stuff in it, similar to Microsoft Edge, so I don't see any benefits of using Brave over Microsoft Edge if you already have Microsoft Edge fully set up with ad blockers and that. The cleanest or best free browser outside of 'Microsoft Edge' I’ve tried so far is 'Samsung Browser'. It has very little bloat and is a nice-looking web browser with an inbuilt 'Ad blocker'. I also really like the web browser called 'Floorp' that is based on Firefox. This browser can also install Chrome extensions. I have a system wide Ad blocking program for Windows 11 that doesn't just blocks ads in the web browser, but over the whole system. I don't really need a web browser with an inbuilt ad blocker because of that.
