Upgrade a Production OS, to a Science Experiment.

Uh... No.

i know really, install it on a different partition, don't mess up your default OS, you will not want to keep it around long

I'm curious about upgrades involving the final version. The excuse the OS gives right now says that it can't upgrade a non-image install of another OS. What other Windows OS installs from an image?

Its not upgradable now, becauase they haven't finished implementing the migration engine.

Yeah, makes sense. They're going to have fun making this work properly.

They're professionals, they know what they're doing.

Every windows release has a "Migration" Engine, hence the "Upgrade" option on your installation, they'll get it!
