I have to agree that that case isn't great for hiding cables. The 8-pin power cord on my brothers wouldn't reach going behind the board and barely reaches going over the front (and it looks terrible). It wasn't a cheap PSU either, a 750W Zalman. Unfortunately, an 8-pin extension is absurdly priced.

Off-topic, I feel like the ATX form factor has many components in bad positions (nobody would have thought it would still be around at this time I bet), but its nearly impossible to change it now, so we make the best of it.

BTX was awesome but everyone whined and (at least for now) Inte has backed off pushing it.

Dude, be careful with all the wiring hanging down. One wrong move and your 360 tumbles off the shelf

Put it on the desk at least! 360s are not prone to falling.

I don't dare posting after looking at all those... Feels so stupid to have only one monitor and no external hard drive :D

If you don't need an external HDD, then why get one? because it's cool? I have 2.5TB on my PC, and I don't need an external drive. And I still have room for more... :)

And imo more than one screen for a pc is also redundant. unless you REALLY need it while doing some photoshop or something like that.

dude sweet desk. Where did you get it? How much did it run you?

and yeah share the Homer wall please.

I got the desk at my local staples store, I believe it run me around $300.00. I don't remember where I got the Homer Wall so don't know who to credit, but did find it after and imageshack search...Enjoy

    • Universal Media Server 15.6.0 by Razvan Serea Universal Media Server is a DLNA-compliant UPnP Media Server. UMS was started by SubJunk, an official developer of PMS, in order to ensure greater stability and file-compatibility. The program streams or transcodes many different media formats with little or no configuration. It is powered by MEncoder, FFmpeg, tsMuxeR, AviSynth, MediaInfo and more, which combine to offer support for a wide range of media formats. Because it is written in Java, Universal Media Server supports all major operating systems, with versions for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. To see a comparison of popular media servers, click here. • When you're in enterprise IT environment, you're kinda forced into it...otherwise I'm not touching any mail client for personal use.  I can't stand New Outlook. It's complete trash - half the features I need in (Classic) Outlook are just missing in New Outlook. I haven't talked to a single person who actually likes the new client.
    • I think it's cute that Apple is implementing their tools at precisely the same evolutionary level as other devices' tools. In other words, I see no innovation; it's "the same but different." "Hey Siri, help me write this document about shoes." Powered by Google. "Sure thing, while we're here, can I interest you on some Nike's? They're on sale at Target right now!"
    • Walmart was still selling the Apple Watch SE 2 on Black Friday in 2024. I got 1 for my mom and one for my dad for christmas.
