Ooh, that's very tempting, but no hurry, as the offer ends on January 22nd 2010:p :p

I'm thinking of grabbing Ferrari Challenge + MotorStorm Pacific Rift for that offer, but I might swap Ferrari Challenge for SOCOM Confrontation, if it definitely comes the headset. I thought the game was utter balls when I rented it from LoveFilm, but if I can get it for ?15 with the official headset, I'll learn to like it:p; :p Can anyone confirm it? I'm not entirely sure, as it doesn't mention a headset at all, and there is a version with just the game.

It's pretty hard to tell unless you know someone who took a gamble and bought it.

But, the RRP on Argos is ?39.99 which is the same RRP of the version with the headset.

I'd order now and then you know the preorder is safe before they stop taking them or change price.

On a side now, the game appears to be going for 20% off in the States too.

I've just done that, I can cancel the pre-order. At that price it's too good not to take a gamble on, especially when you can cancel.

Just because I suspect 'trickery' involved in the review side of things doesn't mean the actual game can't be good. I wait for all the reviews, no point in pre-judging a game before you get an honest range of opinion on it ;)

I'll be the first to shoot Eidos down, trust me, I really loathe the company. Batman looks like a really good game, which is twice the praise from me because I hate DC Comics :p

If it sucks in the end then I'll be staying well clear of their games for the foreseeable future. Well, unless Miss Croft turns up :p

DM you said earlier Folklore was cancelled, happened with Lair also, but both of those games were before Amazons pre-order price guarantee which started on the 25th February 2008. Looks like they might need to bite the bullet on this one, fingers crossed.

      Edifier S3000MKII hi-fi audiophile grade bookshelf speaker is at its lowest price now by Sayan Sen Yesterday we covered a bunch of Dolby Atmos soundbar deals with several ones from Sony, as well as from JBL, Samsung, Polk Audio, and more. You can check them out in this dedicated piece. Those are not audiophile category speakers though as they are built with home theater use in mind. If you are searching for the former then Edifier has its S3000MKII at its lowest price at the moment (purchase link under the specs table down below). This is a two-way bookshelf monitor speaker designed to produce accurate sound. While it may not produce the best high-fidelity audio possible out there, it should still be significantly better than what you will get on soundbars of this price range. As such it will do justice to high-res audio played back through it. The only thing that may feel lacking is sub-bass as Edifier claims the unit can go down to 38 Hz, which should be enough for studio monitor purposes, but not for deep room-shaking rumbling bass. GPT-5.6 Sol is the flagship model targeted at demanding reasoning and agentic workloads. GPT-5.6 Terra is positioned as a balanced model for everyday work, featuring performance competitive with GPT-5.5 while being half the cost. GPT-5.6 Luna is the fastest and most affordable model, delivering strong capability at a lower price point. Unlike previous model releases from OpenAI, GPT-5.6 is starting with a limited preview for a small group of trusted partners due to U.S. government restrictions.
