I am getting really ****ed now. I always had a slow computer and thats why my games where not running so well. Now I got an AMD, 4GB ram PC and the games still lag with the LOWEST possible settings..

You can buy a dedicated graphics card and add it to your computer.

No, you can still insert a PCI-Express video card on your pc, your on-board gpu won't be a problem.

You can always buy a new card. Just hope you bought a mother board with PCI-e slot.

Because nowadays, it's hard to find a good AGP card to last.

on topic... if you actually want us to help you solve the problem we are going to need detailed system specs so we can make suggestions on what you should try upgrading. tell us what game you are trying to run and how much money you are willing to spend.

otherwise people will just keep arguing among themselves and will keep telling you to upgrade the gpu which seems to be the correct response but not very complete and can be much more helpful if they knew more (for the most part, guy thinking problem is with your monitor is missing out on something and won't be helpful regardless)

I just attached my computer specifications. I tried playing call of duty and need for speed. Call duty was alright it was playable but need for speed was like ..............

The CPU dates to late 2006. But it's virtually identical to the X 5000, which dates to May 2006. A bit dated, either way.
