Heroes Volume 4 : Fugitives

he never got Edens powers.

she shot herself in the head so he couldnt get her powers.

what?

We were talking about matt being able to persuade people using persuasion...and I said that he can read minds but can adapt it.

I hope they give Barbara a power that is actually interesting...to me freezing and super strength was a bit meh.

It's not the power but how they use it. I'm sure you thought it was great when Niki's alter ego would run around and rip people to shreds whenever she wanted to. But yeah, when they gave super strength to the soldier and all he did was throw a chair through a window and have it stick in the wall, it is boring. But have Jessica walk into a room and kill everyone with her bare hands is awesome.

The best news here is that the writers are talking about Season 4!!

Here is what Fuller had to say:

"Basically, the last act of episode 25, similar to what's been done in the past, opens up a new chapter of Heroes. It sets up arcs for a variety of characters."

"We set all the pieces up in terms of Claire's attitude and what her trajectory is going to be in season 4. You will have a very strong idea by the end of this season's final episode where Claire is going and what's going to be happening with the Petrellis."

So much for Claire leaving the show. I'll go cry in the corner now.

Me too

Last week's episode reaffirmed how much I can't stand Claire. It's not so much Claire, I guess, but what kind of cheesy situations they put her in. She's just incredibly annoying.

Anybody knows the Background Track when Sylar sees himself being sold and his Mom being killed

http://heardontv.com/tvshow/Heroes/Season+3/Exposed

That was it?

Of course the one you say this about was what I thought was the best episode in a long time...

Sylar keeps swinging back and forth and what's the deal with mini Parkman? Did I miss something somewhere?

His kid with his ex-wife Janice from Season 1.

Though they said at one point it wasn't his.

Then there was a scene in S2 when Matt was being 'held' by his father when Janice showed up and Matt was yelling 'Is he mine?!!!?'

I guess it is his.

In all the discussions by the writers this past season, they've always stated that Sylar and Claire will be the two immortals and that they will discuss it eventually... I'm wondering what happens to Peter, how can he face Sylar when Sylar can regenerate and Peter is essentially weak.

Although, the writers seem to indicate that at the end of the volume, we won't really see a fight between the two anyways.

As for this episode from today... the Sylar angle was interesting, and we definitely see Sylar's future shaping up... but I'm getting annoyed with the rest of the show. Claire is a confused little teenage girl who will never grow up, yet she's getting so much focus it's ridiculous. Peter is a cripple, Nathan is a moron... this season seems rather anti-climactic. Matt Parkman was a good angle due to his ability, the random goose chases with Ando and his crippled buddy Hiro are also blah.

i agree

also I wish they'd make more use of sylars other powers (he has so many other sweet ones) .. it seems the writers are just being cheap with the special effects

    • Can you read? I've said I'm willing to pay more for a notchless (no notch) 3:2 screen.
    • Not even an OLED display on the laptops. Also it seems that the laptop design isn't the same as the Surface Ultra model. Looks like bargain bin at high prices.
    • make your own notch - it's not that hard
    • VirtualBox 7.2.10 by Razvan Serea VirtualBox is a powerful x86 and AMD64/Intel64 virtualization product for enterprise as well as home use. Targeted at server, desktop and embedded use, it is now the only professional-quality virtualization solution that is also Open Source Software. Presently, VirtualBox runs on Windows, Linux, macOS, and Solaris hosts and supports a large number of guest operating systems including but not limited to Windows (NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, 7, 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11), DOS/Windows 3.x, Linux (2.4, 2.6, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x and 6.x), Solaris and OpenSolaris, OS/2, OpenBSD, NetBSD and FreeBSD. Some of the features of VirtualBox are: Modularity. VirtualBox has an extremely modular design with well-defined internal programming interfaces and a client/server design. This makes it easy to control it from several interfaces at once: for example, you can start a virtual machine in a typical virtual machine GUI and then control that machine from the command line, or possibly remotely. VirtualBox also comes with a full Software Development Kit: even though it is Open Source Software, you don't have to hack the source to write a new interface for VirtualBox. Virtual machine descriptions in XML. The configuration settings of virtual machines are stored entirely in XML and are independent of the local machines. Virtual machine definitions can therefore easily be ported to other computers. • OK, now ask yourself how are they going to enforce that law? By requiring every single adult to prove their age and provide their legal identity documents to an UNREGULATED 3rd party company that already has a long track record of multiple data breaches. Not to mention, parliament have voted AGAINST this ban, twice, and Starmer is going ahead anyway. So, where's the democracy here, because that looks like dictatorship to me. The solution here is parental responsibility, not government control. Run some public service announcements on TV and UK social media teaching parents how to setup parental controls. That's already been proven to actually work. But the, this is not and has NEVER been about keeping kids safe. It's about control and monitoring. Watching what you're doing online and controlling what you can see and what you can say.
