I still believe it'll be Nathan dying... Killing Sylar probably isn't doable anymore unless you have a laser that is accurate to the nanometer level. I don't think Matt will kill Sylar either

Peter is needed to maintain balance. Maybe they could kill Hiro, that would be interesting... since he has been nerfed already

HRG is a possible candidate for dying because Sylar says claire won't like this, but the fight with Nathan + Peter vs Sylar is in front of Claire

I am expecting a relatively weak episode because so far, they haven't made the major corrections they've needed to make to put the show back on the right tracks. Maybe today they'll clean it up and change directions, but I wouldn't hold my breathe

It would be fantastic if Claire was killed/removed, but just like Sylar... immortal :(
