hahaha too bad I don't have win7 installed yet..think I might give up trying to get one of these codes, seems like it just isnt going to happen for me :(

That's what I thought, too.

But then I got it to pop up three times in the last 10 minutes. Just keep rockin, brotha!

Son of a bitch. It just popped up - and then reloaded again anyway. EFFING a! But that is tied to my Live ID, right?

Nevermind. Got it again. Appears things are loosening up - keep trying folks, you'll get it eventually!

LOL this is fun. I have been at if for 5 hours and still no luck. I just want to give up already. But everytime I see someone new post and say they got one, I regain a little hope :) Congrats to the ones that have succeeded and good luck to the ones still trying like me!

Atleast theres someone else in the same boat as me, everytime I'm about to give up someone says they get theirs so I keep going knowing they haven't ran out yet. Hope I'm as lucky as some of the others, good to see atleast some people get them even if its not me :(

Yes, you can. I had it dual-booting with XP and only 20 gigs of space, deleted XP and reinstalled W7 to full hdd. Key worked.

It took me 3 hours straight. 64 bit key never showed up but 3 times after switching to 32bit I got one. Keep your hope up. LOSE SLEEP.

    • LOL. Can't even quote and edit a comment correctly. Figures you're a Linux user.
    • I have disabled it, but the app is still taking space. I have a Mac and it is only possible to disable Ai on that, but I think that bit does get rid of the AI components after a while. What we are told is that we agree to all this when we use the devices as it is in the end user agreements, their software, they can do what they like. I doubt that any bill will happen in the U.S, the government there are in league with big tech firms. The E.U maybe, they seem to have some guts when it comes to tech companies. The U.K is not in the E.U, but some things still affect us. Our government is as gutless when it comes to tech companies as the U.s government.
