This is build 7000. It has always worked for me. 6801, 6956 and now 7000 all worked just fine. The only difference i think is that you can't monitor the status.

Microsoft collect anonymous data from current version of Windows (if enabled) and lots of programs (Office, WLM, etc) to give them an idea how real people actually use things. When they get data points suggesting only X number of people click X feature in Explorer then they see either that functionality isn't visible enough or just not needed and therefore removed. The Windows Beta program has CEIP enabled by default so you are submitting back data to MS even if you don't click the submit feedback link.

Microsoft ignores NO suggestion, even if it's from an "illegal" source. If 400,000 people are suggesting the samething but they are using the illegal version it would be highly stupid for them to ignore that just because they aren't official testers.
