Thanks a lot (in true sense).. I am in lookout for such good gadgets. I need a one which displays the system uptime. Currently using System Information Gadget but looks like a mess to me.

jiminy christmas rakeshishere, have you tried searching microsofts sidebar gallery? no disrespect, but this took me all of 5 seconds to find. if you want to expand your choices, try googling what you need. google is your friend. this is what i found in ms sidebar gallery. link i am using 'uptime gadget' on that page which i like cause it's clean and simple. good luck. :)

I have searched and checked MS sidebar gallery but still haven't found good gadgets. Also the gadget which you used in your previous screenshot showed me wrong system uptime when i was using it . So i keep trying different ones and most of them dont appeal me at all. I like gadgets of Google Desktop which are so fine and i wished Microsoft made a inbuilt feature in Gadgets to search the gadgets and filter them by rating,downloads etc.

Microsoft is not pushing Gadgets at all very much and so i am always in lookout for gadgets :)

hey rakeshishere, try going to 'region and language' in control panel and resetting. i had problems with uptime gadget after changing date formats there and uptime was't showing true. after resetting, uptime was correct. hope that helps.

Yes he has some nice stuff.. You have to pay for the hi-res stuff but he has the

low-res stuff, which is watermarked I believe, for free.
