Finally updated Windows 7 to Build 7068. Thought I'd change the desktop as well:

Disable UAC, right click, run as Administrator, follow prompts. I got this from a security professional and its clean.

Thanks, but it's not working with 64-bit. I did locate the 64-bit version, however. Tested and it works.
