Alrite I'm back........hectic work week.........anyone wants to organize a game on Sat. nite??

The desert one can be a bit big to run across sometimes, but can be remedied if someone is a tactician and places spawn points.

The one with the bridge is usually the one I don't get along with, I don't know why, even though its probably one of the easier maps to get lots of kills, it just doesn't seem to work OK in my head when running around, and I almost always run the wrong way when spawning in the mdidle, lol.

I hate the desert one.......its crazily large and I just never know when one is popping around lol.

I used to hate the desert map, but once you become a tactician its a lot easier to play. I've also figured out how to use the air support properly. The trick is placing them up high like the turrets. The one level with the bridge is awesome for that. I got 5 kills with air support on that level. (Y)

Killzone 2 Server and Game Updates

GamersDigest have received word from Seb Downie (Producer over at Guerilla Games) that the Killzone 2 servers are currently being updated.

?We are performing a server update and will also be deploying the game update straight after that to fix a number of issues.

The patch will be going live in Europe first and the US later on today.?

The maintenance is expected to last no longer than one hour, you can find an earlier response from GG on some of the game?s issues here.

Patch is apparently up now, 1.20. Can't find any patch notes yet.

I'm currently playing through singleplayer but coming up to what I'm perceiving as a bug (may just be me failing to do something). Spoilers, of course, ahead for those who haven't played the singleplayer campaign:

I am at the Helghan Refinery, where I have to press the button to lower the lift for Rico/Gaza/Evelyn. However, after doing this, Natko proceeds to open one of the doors. He never opens the door behind this, and I am stuck here. If I go down to see Gaza and co, Gaza is on all fours totally still, Evelyn is stood up totally still, and Rico is just stood next to them waving his gun about. Not quite sure if there is something else I am meant to be doing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yup the 1.20 patch has gone live...i only noticed one difference...which i was hopin they would change! I have a HK ps3 so my main button is O and when online you have to press X to respawn then press O to select where to spawn and when trying to do it quickly a few times i was pressing the wrong buttons and kicking myself from the game lol! but now they have changed it to O ti respawn aswell :D

Once he opens that door him and Rico will have a little argument complaining about Rico's headstrong actions costing Garza his injury - after that Natko should open the door but I had to move back towards the door he opened for him to do that.

I have stood around waiting for about 20 minutes, and nothing has happened. Nobody speaks, and nobody moves (except Natko, who is stood by the door and moves every now and then when I get near him (namely to 'see' past me and shoot if anything comes close)). However, there is never an argument between Rico and Garza or anything like that. Wondering if I will have to restart the level.

* Stability fix on ?Creating game? with a blank name.

I should be playing in about an two to three hours. I might just play SP as I am only 20% through and really want to beat it, but I am definitely open to some MP. Will check back here in a hit and see if anyone else is on.

I'll test it later, but is the bolded above anything to do with the aiming/moving?
