it's good to see apple making progress in the right direction, BUT I am annoyed that for the past 9 months, my Jailbroken phone has been doing exactly the same, if not more than this update. They also need to stop this noncing about with jailbreaking and just accept that some people have other ideas about what an iPhone should do. tbh if i couldn't jailbreak mine i wouldn't have bought it.

I have to say that i agree with you. When i get my iPhone i was so hyped up. Then i turned it on, played around with the few settings you get etc and decided i was restricted, because i couldnt put a backgrounds etc on there and other things.

So jailbreaking was the way to go for me. If they alowed people to configure their phones to the degree that jailbreaking does, then people would have no need to jailbreak.

I know if i was unable to jailbreak the phone i would have moved on long ago...
