It's Movist, pretty much an updated player from Mplayer for Mac OS X. The skin is called BlackMod which you simply have to replace the folders inside Movist.app by right clicking and go to "Show Package Contents."

Takes the fun out of it. It is nice to see a variety instead of 12 people using Flow and similarly styled walls.
