On track to hit 10 million (forum) posts by 2010

Recommended Posts

We hit 8 million by 2008, can we hit 9m by next year and then 10 by 2010? That would equal to an average of 1 million posts a year :o

PS: The "hit date" is October for the respective years (our birthday) which also means it misses out on 9 months of inactivity because this board starts from July 2001.

As long as its not achieved by spam. (Y)
I'm sure Rappy can help where is needed ;)

Indeed....

Lets hope it doesn't turn into the other thread which resulted in nothing but spam. In some cases over 1000 posts a day by some people. (N)

It can be done without turning the board to NeoChan... with Windows 7 coverage, gaming events coverage (like the upcoming E3), Apple events coverage etc. coming up there will be enough non-spam topics.

Cool, really 10 million? Nice. I think we can do it, especially with Win7 coming out. But then again it might not generate as much as Vista. There was a lot of Vista hate, but maybe it will be Win7 Praise instead.

Aww, the spam thread was fun :p
