The only thing we know about SP1 right now is that with build 7138, MS started working on SP1 on a different branch. That doesn't mean it will be released together with Win7.

Build 7000 (Beta) will start shutting down every 2 hours, starting July 1st 2009 and will expire August 1st 2009.

If you have the RC (Build 7100) it will start shutting down in March 2010 and expires in June 2010 (same goes for 7127 and 7137).
