It's not normal for women to wear pants?

If we were to talk about this a hundred years ago in most parts of the world, then no, its not normal.

Who knows, the OP might start a trend. Soon it will be perfectly normal for men to wear pantyhoses a 100 years down the road. ;)

It didn't used to be, no. Women in pants has only really been since the late 40's/early 50's. Before then it really wasn't that common to see, and if you go pre 20th century, absolutely NOT seen.

Things change, y'know?

About a month ago I happened stumble upon a pair of pantyhose, unused. So out of curiosity I decided to try them on. To my surprise though I quite liked the way the felt. I was wearing a pair of jeans prior to this, so I decided to slip them back on. Now I often don?t wear underwear, so this was already out of the norm for me. The phone rang right after, so I had no time to take them off and just rushed to the phone. <This is wear it gets strange.b> After getting off the phone I had noticed that wearing them under my jeans was kind of like when you roll around in silk sheets or something similar in bed. They made everything feel so smooth, not to mention they gave me the extra support. When you normally wear jeans they are somewhat rough on the skin and this just eliminated that, while keeping the same great look, so a win-win situation really. Since then I have been wearing them on and off, and have tried a few different brands and colors. I have yet to wear them with shorts though, if I can find a good color I may do it. I made this thread to ask if anyone else out there has discovered this. If so what are your experiences as I am very new to this. Do people notice? What are your favorite brands? Any good tips on making them fit better?

It got strange a fair while before that!

Come winter time you'll like em even more.

also if it feels good just do it.

Might just be me being close minded, but I find it ridiculous for men to wear pantyhose and the way the OP was written I just couldn't help but laugh.

I don't mean to offend the guy, that's just how I feel about it :p

One shouldn't knock it unless one has tried it oneself. ;)

I've worn them before... I used to go all night fishing on the river with my friends when I was a teen and they were PERFECT for keeping your legs warm!

Not that I'd wear them anywhere else, and haven't even done the all night fishing for about 20 years... but they really did keep me warm! :p

    • What OS is that? It looks a bit like Mac OS but the command line suggests it isn't, either way I like it!
    • Outlook classic is inherently better than new outlook, for a number of reasons. That said, if the only reason people need office is to read email, they should just use thunderbird.
    • Windows 11 is a big thumbs down from me. I used for a period of a few days while it was in insider and windows 10 was the main OS, and realised it wasn't for me. I am still waiting for Windows to be tolerable again, a shame as at one point I was very pro Microsoft.
    • Classic outlook, not only does it have a much fuller feature set, it doesn't include Microsoft attempting to sync my emails from my servers to theirs. If classic outlook is ever removed from office, and the version I paid for in 2021 stops working for some reason, I'll use Thunderbird.
    • Kdenlive 26.04.2 by Razvan Serea Kdenlive is an acronym for KDE Non-Linear Video Editor. It works on GNU/Linux, Windows and BSD. Through the MLT framework, Kdenlive integrates many plugin effects for video and sound processing or creation. Furthermore Kdenlive brings a powerful titling tool, a DVD authoring (menus) solution, and can then be used as a complete studio for video creation. Kdenlive supports all of the formats supported by FFmpeg or libav (such as QuickTime, AVI, WMV, MPEG, and Flash Video, among others), and also supports 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios for both PAL, NTSC and various HD standards, including HDV and AVCHD. Video can also be exported to DV devices, or written to a DVD with chapters and a simple menu. Video editing features: Multi-track editing with a timeline and supports an unlimited number of video and audio tracks. A built-in title editor and tools to create, move, crop and delete video clips, audio clips, text clips and image clips. Ability to add custom effects and transitions. A wide range of effects and transitions. Audio signal processing capabilities include normalization, phase and pitch shifting, limiting, volume adjustment, reverb and equalization filters as well as others. Visual effects include options for masking, blue-screen, distortions, rotations, colour tools, blurring, obscuring and others. Configurable keyboard shortcuts and interface layouts. Rendering is done using a separate non-blocking process so it can be stopped, paused and restarted. Kdenlive also provides a script called the Kdenlive Builder Wizard (KBW) that compiles the latest developer version of the software and its main dependencies from source, to allow users to try to test new features and report problems on the bug tracker. Project files are stored in XML format. An archiving feature allows exporting a project among all assets into a single folder or compressed archive.
