The case of Gerrard is you are damned if you do and damned if you don't especially with the media. i don't think Aquilani (sp?) had much chance to silence his critics has he as Rafa never plays him.

Aquilani needs to be judged by what he does next year IMO. With his injury, I think most realistic Liverpool fans realised that this would probably be a transition season for him, especially coming from the Italian leagues where the style of play is so very different

I think he'll come good in the Europa League given the chance, I wonder if he'll be given a chance against the Romanians.

i feel really bad for rafa... no support, team's heart is pretty much gone. They are running around like a bunch of lions from the wizard of OZ. i had a feeling at the start of the year this season would be a write off and unforuntately i was right :( Hopefully we can somehow pull off 4th but i doubt it... Now ith rumours of yussi going and mascherano probably leaving by the start of next season things look like they are only going to get worse before they get better. i'm getting so much abuse from people about my team that even newcastle fans are talking ****...

Terry = Scum!!

A High Court judge has lifted a so-called "super injunction" obtained by the England footballer John Terry in what has been hailed as a major step towards ending the culture of secrecy in Britain's courts.

Mr Justice Tugendhat decided he should lift a temporary gagging order he had granted which prevented the media from reporting that the £150,000-a-week footballer had conducted an extra-marital affair with the ex-girlfriend of his England team-mate Wayne Bridge.

...

Bridge, one of Terry's closest friends and a team-mate at Chelsea FC until last January, is expected to be named in England's World Cup squad by the manager, Fabio Capello, but news of the alleged affair will present him with a dilemma.

Sources close to Bridge say he is "in bits" after hearing about the alleged affair.

Capello may now come under pressure to strip Terry of the England captaincy if his off-the-field behaviour is affecting team matters.

Bridge, who until last January was also a team-mate of Terry at Chelsea FC, was one of his closest friends and lived a short distance from him in Oxshott, Surrey.

I rem reading stories about his father drug dealing, his mother caught shop lifting and last month he was filmed while taking money for tours of the training ground, without permission.. I cannot believe a man this is the captain of the English team.. surely Capello must strip the arm band him off this cry baby.

Tabloids have been fighting Terry since day one. They've been searching for a reason to take his well-earned armband from him and it looks like they found it.I wouldn't be so quick to strip him of his leadership cause we know how these so called journalists are twisting fact but if he did what he's accused of then that's not the way a leader should behave.

These are all BS reasons, but if this one story is true then JT is a ****.

News just in: Manager Roberto Mancini has revealed some of Manchester City's players wore shirts bearing the words "Team Bridge" in support of team-mate Wayne Bridge during their Premier League win over Portsmouth.

He is Manchester United hero. He played for Everton and he still loves them, and that's fine by me. And part of being a scouser is to hate Liverpool FC, and that's definetely a good point.

Is hating Liverpool an important part of the life of glory hogging overseas supporters that have never been to a Man United game as well?

    • NVIDIA officially supports Ubuntu, as linked above with the GeForce NOW Hands on I did in collaboration with Paul Hill.
    • TO be clear I am not running linux today, however I keep thinking about it. And I want to make sure there are minimal obstacles if I decide to make that switch in the coming months.
    • Yes, I actually glossed over the Linux part from the OP. You could always go for a 9070 XT and if you really want to play Ray Traced games in the future, GeForce Now is pretty damn good on Linux https://www.neowin.net/news/nvidias-native-geforce-now-app-for-linux-bridges-the-gaming-gap-hands-on/
