Deserved title for Chelsea. 103 goals from you lot this season, four 7+ wins, doing the double over each of the other 'top four' sides. Blimey.

United have done well this season considering the losses of Tevez and Ronaldo. Don't know how we managed to lose by only a point.

Bring on the World Cup!

wonder how much Martinez accepted :shifty:

nah I'm kidding congrats to Chelski

thank god we didn't rely on Spuds to beat Burnley last game of the season

bye Zola thanks for everything?

Wow Even I didn't expect 8.

103 goals,Drogba got the golden boot,Lamps had the most assists and Cech shared the golden gloves with Reina not bad at all.

should have been reina's trophy alone...

jk, cech is one of the best in the world for sure. glad chelsea toke the title and not man u :) Definitely thank Stevie G for that assist ;)

Embarssing season for my boys, knew from the start this season was going to be a disaster. Seventh? like really. I hope rafa gets thrown in with the wolves. I know it's not all his fault, but even houlier wasn't this bad... I still 100% blame him for the loss of alonso. God knows why he was trying to shop in the first place.

Alonso was only top class in his first and last season at Liverpool Football Club.

When Rafa tried to sell him in 2008, after another average season, Juventus wouldn't even pay ?14 million for him. If anything Rafa should be praised for kicking Alonso up the arse with Barry and then getting ?30 million for the lad.

You're right though, it is not Rafa's fault. Not EVERYTHING anyway. Rafa has made mistakes this season, but how can we be expected to build on 2009 (2nd place) and challenge for the title by only weakening our squad?

Get rid of the Yanks, give Rafa money... and see what he does with it.

Either way, our fans have short memories. Rafa has turned us into one of the best teams in Europe, we have beat Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona, Real Madrid in the last few years and appeared in two European Cup Finals. So you really think we were in a better position under Gerard Houllier?

Liverpool have done an Arsenal this season.. h*** Arsenal has done another Arsenal.. meaning all our key players were missing for long periods of time.. we need to fire all our medical staff coz this happens every season.. we missed RvP.. didn't replace Ade and then missed Arshavin and Cesc.. Liverpool lost Torres and everyone knew what will happen then.. Aquilani was injured for a long time and the managers didn't want to spend or didn't have the cash.. there's always the next season though.. time for the WC now <img src="https://cdn.neowin.com/forum/uploads/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":p"> 'Cmon England!!
