riceboyler Posted December 20, 2001 Share Posted December 20, 2001 Looking at the new Comcast High Speed Internet site, it appears that the service will come online January 9, 2002. They will have a new Support agent for Technical Support provided by support.com and will have new software. It appears that they will up the number of email identities to seven from the five that @Home provided and will provide WebMail access as well as a new "My File Locker." One interesting tidbit; for those with Static IPs, they will require the user to switch to Dynamic Addressing to stay connected. Should be an interesting switch.
