?Torrent is an efficient and feature rich BitTorrent client for Windows sporting a very small footprint. It was designed to use as little cpu, memory and space as possible while offering all the functionality expected from advanced clients. With ?Torrent, you can download files faster and contribute by sharing files and bandwidth. Additionally, ?Torrent supports the Protocol Encryption joint specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0 and above, BitComet 0.63 and above) and peer exchange.

  • Change: add an upgrade message if a buggy version of nvLsp is detected
  • Fix: don't take the total number of connections into account when connecting to trackers

1.8.x is just a bug fix releases

1.9 alpha had become 2.0 beta due to the significant change in the codebase , mostly code freezed

2.1 is just that early minor release (the way that i see it at least)
