Lilrich
Hello All, After months of ummnig and arring i finally used some xmas money to get a sub to neowin, i find it a invaluable resource in the time of need so i thought i would give something back. +Anarkii Subscriber² Posted December 30, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted December 30, 2009 Atlas. No Ads, um you get the shiney badge? Biggest thing is the moolah goes into the server, which means faster response time and less down time. Im sure there are other reasons but they the ones I can think of! +jamesyfx Subscriber² Posted December 30, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted December 30, 2009 I could lose $15. Why not? Now I'd lose $15 AND spend an extra $15 on a website subscription. -_- My logic is flawed.

Toon_Army_Fan
I never usually give money to things like this but to be honest Lilrichie hit the nail on the head when he said that its an invaluable resource in the time of need. I use it whenever im stuck but most importantly when im bored lol. Think its nice to give something back. As far as the perks go I dont really use them just felt like I should try and help out a bit. tomwarren Veteran Posted December 30, 2009 Veteran Share Posted December 30, 2009 It's interesting that many people don't tend to use the perks (apart from the ad free stuff). Maybe we'll have to make the subscriber packages a little more interesting :)

There's also no flood control, and we can edit our topic titles. The main reason for subscribing is supporting Neowin. The perks are little bonuses.
