wow dude! If you would've posted this on friday I would've completely snatched the D50 ! Anyway, for used priced good, take a look at keh.com, although IMO they sometimes overprice their stuff.

When you figure it out, be sure to post here wow much you will be asking for the 50mm and the control, I might be interested :)

1x Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 18-55mm ED DX Lens - $95

1x sigma APO DG 70-300mm Macro Zoom Lens - unsure

1x Manfrotto Monopod - Need more info, as manfrotto's can be quite expensive.

1x Generic Tripod (7dayshop.com own brand) + carry bag - $25? Not really sure.

1x Nikon Infra Red Remote Trigger + case - $10

2x 1GB Crucial SD Memory Card - Free. I would just bundle this with the D50.

1x HOYA Polarising Lens Filter - Depends on original price, but $50?
