Hey could someone please design for me a logo for my site?

please could it say NeoSoftware on it.

Please could it also have a transparent background so it fits in with my site?

It would be really cool if you could have it animated in flash...

Also, just to say the sort of graphics i like, I like kinda smoothed xp/office 11-style graphics and basically anything rendered in 3d would be really cool

id really aprreciate anyones help!!
