TheRealDave
Hi all. I was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot this problem. The pictures say it all tbh. Left is the original, right is photo shopped. I've tried hard and soft resetting, different settings, everything. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware fault. Also does anyone have an estimated repair price for your suggested solution? Thanks!
crazzy88ss
No clue. Certainly is defective, though :/
Argote
Looks like a problem with the sensor to me.
MasterC
Looks like a problem with the sensor to me. Either that or Mitch Hedberg was using it. ;)
Nicholas-c Veteran Posted February 23, 2010 Veteran Share Posted February 23, 2010 It's either a problem with the actual sensor or something to do with white balance?
witalit
How old is it? Does it still have warranty? Have you tried another lenses if you have a spare? For sure looks defective if resetting has not worked.
dancedar
Are they like this on the cam's back screen or just when on your computer? It's not the lens, it's most likely the sensor. Had a go at updating/replacing the firmware?
