The audio will not transmit. http://forum.skype.com/index.php?showtopic=561671 Staying with 4.1 fixes that. I am not sure if everyone experiences this, but among my group of friends who game with I and skype eachother during the gaming session, we all experienced it. Stuff that isn't closed shouldn't appear closed (especially if it gives you notifications). Basically, it's intended to be instead of the system tray. Oh okay then though that may take some while to adjust to. I don't like it. There should be an option though to make it go to the system tray.
