Hedon
With just hours to go until Sony's press event at the Game Developers Conference, word is emerging that the new PS3 motion controller will be named Move. That's according to a secret source speaking to Eurogamer at GDC. The source said the name was only recently finalised.A trademark filing found by The Netwerk appears to confirm the report. It states that Sony has applied for the rights to use the name "PlayStation Move" in Europe. My link I have to say, I like it if true.

scokem
Wow, theyre so creative! Lmao! Reminds me of the picture I saw where someone had doctored a Wii and the controller so all the branding said Sony and PS3 and it had a funny slogan like, "It was all our idea!" or something like that. red.
^ the Wii-mote has a strap too, no? :p Anyway I think the only reason i would get this would be to play Tiger Woods PGA Tour. Hedon
It should be called the Playstation Wii now http://www.eurogamer...e-gdc-trailer-2 Check out that video. It's all Wii baby! And here is the Move being used in SOCOM 4 http://ps3.ign.com/dor/objects/19332/socom-iv-us-navy-seals/videos/gdc10_sonymove_socom4demo.html
Max_Payne_UK
I shall not be buying this or NATAL. Both Sony and MS should leave this gimmick to the Wii and continue to concentrate on the proper gaming community. That said I can fully understand why both companies are doing this! Bhav
So a Wii-mote with strap and nun-chuck in black. Nice. It looks far nicer than the Wiimote and nunchuck...and both are wireless and rechargeable.

Massiveterra
After seeing their "wii sports" video, I can definitely see some child nagging "mommy I want that" But I can also see them being shot down with "but we already have the wii"
Routerbad
. It still looks like a toy used to arouse a woman. And it could very well be, as long as they were able to provide "dual shock" capability.

PreKe
Douchy Sony Dude who is clearly out of touch: "Nintendo has done a great job introducing motion gaming to the masses. We like to think the migration from Wii to PS3 is a pretty natural path."
