the camo m16 would be nice, im starting to play this game again but i get angry quick and how bad my pea shooter is now (m16). I don't want to start a new class, i put everything into assault and the last patch pretty much nerfed the assult class...

More patch news:

So early signs are we fixed the problem by rolling back a change involving SPECACT kits.

As long as this continues we are aiming to release on Wednesday (23rd) of next week. However this is dependant on how fast we can gain approval the patch is compliant with Steam. If that approval does not come quick enough the release will slip to the Monday (28th) of the week after (as it is a red day in Sweden on Friday next week and we don't release patches at the end of working weeks).

This does mean that SPECACT kits will not be available after patching as we had hoped but all other fixes remain as does the ability to play the new modes like Map Pack #3.

Expect the patch on the 23rd or 28th, depending on how fast it can be released on Steam. Also, looks like the SPECACT kits will not be available. I certainly hope that's temporary.

Depends on how you like to play. Really though you only get one weapon for each class to start out with so your choices are quite limited.

Generally though after you unlock something you just use what feels best to you. Some weapons might be considered better but they don't feel right when you use them so use what you like, that's all it comes down to.

+1

All starter weapons are good. What might be holding some back is the lack of magnum ammo but still they're good. IMO the AEK (assault) isn't as great as medic's and engineer's 1st guns though. But it has fantastic ironsights.

AEK rapes. First weapon I took to plat and only weapon since Plat I'll play with again.

The AN-94 is deadly. I prefer the M16 though. I seem to get more kills with it. The worst gun I've used for the assault class has to be the M416. It used to be such a good weapon. Now, it's a damn pea shooter.

The m416 is the one of the best AR, right up there with the an94, and it was never nerfed or anything so how is it a "pea shooter" now?

Really? I guess it's just me. I used to be able to get a lot of kills with it. Now, I manage to get one or two kills because killing someone means using 80-100% of the clip. With the M16, I could get kills with a well-placed burst or two. Same thing with the AN-94.

Was talking to my friends about the Onslaught DLC coming out tomorrow, and shared how I was going to pass on the 360 since it costs $10 and I can get it for free on the PC. Then I looked it up and totally was reminded that oh yeah, it is not even coming out for the PC as it would then render servers pointless being just 4 players (which I actually do agree with and get, I totally do), but damn it just kind of puts a bitter taste in my mouth, give us PC gamers something!!!

Infantry only mode, haha. How about they give us new maps for a change as well as the SPECACT kits (for free). Oh, and a patch that should have been released a long time ago.

Anyway, I bet the patch won't be released on the 23rd.

Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. • Microsoft will soon allow some users to block Copilot from analyzing their Office files by Usama Jawad Microsoft Purview is a pretty useful data governance, security, and management service that allows customers to gain enhanced visibility and control over their content. It's meant for commercial customers, such as organizations that are storing data at scale. As AI continues to expand and infiltrate every corner of a firm, many are a bit conscious about the technology gaining access to their confidential data. Microsoft is now making a configuration change that will allow such customers to rest easy. Right now, users within an organization have the option to apply Purview sensitivity labels (when available) to secure certain files and label them as such. For example, if you apply the "Confidential" label on an Excel file, the file will be encrypted, and a "confidential" watermark will be applied to it. So, if this file is shared with anyone, they are aware that its access is supposed to be restricted. Up until now, Microsoft was allowing some connected experiences, like its AI services, to analyze files, regardless of their sensitivity label. This is of major concern to most organizations, as a recent example highlighted how confidential emails with data loss prevention (DLP) policies like privacy labels were being uploaded to Copilot for analysis. As such, Microsoft is updating an existing Purview data label sensitivity setting that prevents "some connected experiences that analyze content", from being blocked completely from doing this. The label isn't changing, but the blocking is now being enforced across all connected services (including Copilot and other AI tools), and now extends to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Files with the label applied already will get this enhancement automatically too once it becomes available. Microsoft has urged IT admins to inform their respective helpdesk and compliance teams, update internal documentation, and review sensitivity labels to ensure that they meet their respective compliance needs. This change is tagged as MC1297982 in the Message Center. General availability is scheduled to begin in a phased manner soon and will complete by the end of next month. That said, it is important to note that this only applies to commercial customers who have a license that allows them to use Purview.
