You'll notice that both the front page and the forums can now download and render often in under a second. We got the go ahead from our ad provider to move ads into iframes, which are the last to load on a page. The root cause of why the ads sometimes take 5 seconds to load is still to be determined, but at least it won't be affecting your daily surfing quite so much now.
