got my key yesterday, spent most of today downloading the client and a whole bunch of updates, servers seem slow atm, on 10mbit, only managed to download @ 535kbps.

not gonna say much because of the nda, but I must say the visuals are fantastic for a free game, will have to see how things progress because the game lags quite a bit atm.

well if you enjoyed the descent freespace series, your'll probably enjoy this, looks like it's going to be epic. I was suprised to get a key as I can't recall signing up, there I was checking for my vietnam code and boom I find this little gem instead.

I checked my e-mail yesterday and searched for any newsletters that mentioned the Black Prophecy beta. To my surprise, I found an e-mail that had instructions to transfer my beta test registration to the gamigo account system. I was unaware of this and it made me wonder if my chances of getting into the beta would've been near-guaranteed had I done this earlier. I guess at this point, I can only hope for the early release of the open beta.

i check my junk mail daily and sadly nothing.

the main thing i want to know is mouse vs jstick for this game. and to waht degree flight controls are needed(ie a $40 jstick alone or a whole flight control suite)
