2.) Even if they are, a frame is so easily cropped out it's a joke.

No offense dude but that is some ****ed up logic...lol

It IS a beautiful picture you took, however, why would someone want to steal a picture that's 600x400px? Also, if you are adding watermarks to "prevent theft", shouldn't they be ON the picture and not around it? It wouldn't take a genius to whip out the snipping tool and steal your work within 3 seconds. I just don't get what you're trying to accomplish.
