Kondrath Posted May 11, 2010 Share Posted May 11, 2010 A friend of mine is wanting to buy her first digital camera. I showed her the Canon SD3500, but she hated the touch screen. Said she wants something without touch screen and that "Doesn't suck". Lol. As long as it "doesn't suck" as she puts it, can fit in her pocket without bulging, takes great pics and is under $300 (tax included), she'll like it. I don't keep up with P&S cameras so I don't really know what to look for. I'm just a casual user of my D40, but since it looks like a "pro" camera, everyone thinks I know a lot about photography :p ...And that is why I have turned to Neowin yet again. I checked the reviews for those, they looked good, but the reviewer sites pointed me to the Lumix FH20, which also looks really great.
