With the new patch, now it's possible to try the cars that friends are sharing, so i'm inviting people to try my cars for free, just in case people need X car for a race, see how X car reacts or wants to take photos etc. :)

Atm i have these (where 3 of them are for seasonal events):

Usually i have:

GT-ONE, R8 Race Car Team PS, Pescarolo C60 Hyb, Nissan R92, Sauber Mercedes, Redbull X2010, Ferrari F1 10, Formula GT.

For those interested,

You can check which cars i have atm to share by logging in in the GT5 website and using this link after: https://us.gran-turismo.com/us/gt5/user/iESCUDO/#profile

The endurance levels are sOooo boring. I'm doing the Mazda mx5 one and it's enough to make me fall asleep already.

If anyone needs pre endurance cars add me (and message me requests) and I'll set my cars to share

They should have an online option so you can do this with your friend e.g. swap drivers after x number of laps

I must be a sadist, because I keep coming back to do the endurance races. :p I'm currently an hour and a half into the Nurburgring 4 hour event, and at least 15 minutes ahead of everyone, so I've got time to mess about and post this while my X2010 is happily cruising alongin seventh gear, with me barely touching the accelerator.

I just reached level 35 in B-spec, which meant a free X2010. Now that I have it, I'm doing some serious Remote Racing with Killa Aaron's and MightyJordan's drivers.

Oh, I really hope my driver's using an X2010 against you too! :p

Haha, if only. Remote racing only allows certain cars, and are randomly assigned to the drivers. And in the race I'm currently doing you are beating one of Killa Aaron's drivers :)

Just finished the 4 hours of Nuburgring race. I was arsing around so much, I only ended up winning by about a minute. :p I'm up to level 33 now (close to 34 as well), and I've actually won a decent car this time; an Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09. :) When I won the Suzuka 1000km race, all I got was a bloody Caterham Seven Fireblade!

Check your B-spec drivers. I've been doing remote races all day and yours have around 70,000 credits each. I guess they should have an equal amount of EXP.

Can anybody explain to me the point of the 'Car Delivery' bit? Why do they give you a ticket to collect a car you've won when they could save 3 minutes and just show it you when you win it then stick it in your garage?

I don't understand it.

You can trade tickets, plus the car you get is actually random in some cases.

You can trade tickets visa vie you can trade cars? And if it's random it still wouldn't effect just showing you whichever car you have randomly won when you win it? I still can't see a point?

Well you can gift tickets, so yeah, its like if you were trading cars (you gift someone and that someone gifts you).

Some tickets, for example the tickets that say Level 12 car, give you a random car. By random I mean that if you get the ticket and use it, you get one car. If you reset your PS3 before saving, and try the ticket again, you will get another car.

Patch 1.07

[Major Changes and New Features]

Friend Rankings: In Drift Trials and Time Trials, you can now display leaderboards that shows only your friends. While it was difficult before to locate your friends in the general leaderboards, this now makes it easier to compare your lap times and points with them.

[Fixed Issues]

- Performance points (PP), which is an index of a car’s overall performance, is now calculated regardless of your tire selection. You can now set performance point restrictions and tire restrictions separately when you race in a lounge.

- Fixed the issue where the performance of electric cars increased/decreased after a certain amount of driving.

- Downloaded replays from Seasonal Event Rankings can now be viewed properly.

[Other Changes]

- Cars worth over 1,000,000 Cr. (including gift car coupons) are now prohibited from being traded to prevent issues during the trading process. When lending and borrowing cars between friends, please use the car loan system.

The McLaren F1 Stealth is awesome, my first time using it on the European lightweight cup :D

    • You can't remove Safari though. Or almost any other bundled app for that matter, and pretty much all of them are useless to me (and there are is a heap of them compared to Windows). I'll much rather take Edge than Safari, at least it can be highly customized vs. Safari. I'll take a PC with ten Edges over a Mac any day though as I can't stand all the limitation and painfully frustrationg restriction that make me dislike their stuff with a burning passion, iOS included (especially iOS).
    • DVD only? What kind of self-respecting optical disk backup/ripping tool doesn't support Blu-ray these days? I burned all my DVDs like 15+ years ago...

    • Glow 26.9 by Razvan Serea Glow provides detailed reporting on every hardware component in your computer, saving you valuable time typically spent searching for CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and other stats. With Glow, all the information is conveniently presented in one clean interface, allowing you to easily access and review the comprehensive hardware details of your system. Glow provides detailed information on various system aspects, including OS, motherboard, processor, memory, graphics card, storage, network, battery, drivers, and services. The well-organized format ensures easy access to the required information. You can export all the gathered data to a plain text file, facilitating sharing with others for troubleshooting purposes. No installation needed. Just decompress the archive, launch the executable, and access computer-related information. Glow runs on Windows 11 and Windows 10 64-bit versions. Glow 26.9 changelog: New Features The processor hardware detection engine has been significantly enhanced beyond traditional Intel and AMD architectures. Native support is now available for modern platforms such as Apple Silicon (M-Series) and the newly introduced NVIDIA Spark. In addition, all ARM-based processors can now be accurately distinguished between ARM32 and ARM64 architectures, providing precise hardware reporting. This marks a major milestone for Glow's hardware detection capabilities. The RAM manufacturer identification algorithm has been expanded. JEDEC vendor codes for popular brands such as Patriot, PNY, Team Group, GeIL, Lexar (Longsys), and Asgard/Gloway have been integrated into the database. This significantly reduces the likelihood of incorrect or "Unknown Manufacturer" results and improves overall hardware detection accuracy. New Public IP Address and Internet Service Provider (ISP) features have been added to the Network section. To ensure reliability, this information is retrieved from the trusted service ipwho.is. When Hiding Mode is enabled, no requests are sent and these features remain hidden, as they may expose sensitive information. The search engine used in the Installed Drivers, Installed Services, and Installed Applications sections has been enhanced. You can now perform more flexible and accurate searches using initials, partial matches, and loosely arranged character sequences. The TS Preloader loading bar has been rebuilt using our modern TS Custom Controls graphics library, developed entirely in-house. As a result of this infrastructure upgrade, the loading bar now features smooth rendering and rounded corners that align with the visual style of Windows 11. [TS Updater] A new validation algorithm has been added to check whether the target application is currently running before the update process begins. Bug Fixes Resolved a condition that could prevent TS Preloader from shutting down safely during rare application crash scenarios. Fixed a text alignment issue in the Network section affecting the display of DNS addresses. Alignment is now rendered correctly. [TS Updater] Fixed an issue that could prevent the updated application's executable "*.exe" file from being located after the update process. [TS Updater] Fixed a bug that could leave outdated "*.sha256" files in the application directory after an update. [TS Updater] Fixed a rare issue that could cause subfolders to be moved into the root directory after an update. [TS Updater] Fixed an issue during the first launch that could cause flickering and a temporary white window appearance due to Windows Defender interactions. Changes A small improvement has been made to the internet connectivity detection algorithm. Connectivity checks are now performed in the background with minimal impact on the user interface thread. The keyboard shortcuts in the top menu have been reorganized and simplified to provide a consistent experience across all Türkaysoft applications and to avoid potential conflicts with standard Windows shortcuts. The TS Preloader splash image has been updated with a Türkiye-themed stadium design to celebrate Türkiye's qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup—its first appearance in 24 years. Congratulations, Türkiye! The TS Custom Controls module has been updated to version 26.6, delivering improved stability and a more polished visual appearance. [TS Updater] The application icon has been redesigned to provide a more modern and refined look. Note: Always unzip the program before using it. Otherwise you may get an error.
