It's a Windows 7 Desktop, Wallpaper is called LifeWave. The icons are RocketDock with Devine Icons Part 2 and the clock is Rainmeter with iPhone Clock 2.0

The theme is Ubuntu 10.10 Light Themes, The Icons are Faenza, Wallpaper was found on Flickr if anyone needs a link Id be glad to upload it.

Edit: Search Google & oh yeah the Dock is Docky.

The app is called 3RVX. It's been discontinuted, but you can still find it on the internet. It's freeware.

Didn't wanna steal your thunder or anything :p, I just happened to recognize the skin since my friend uses it. Great desktop, by the way :)
