I may try Flak Jacket but only if it's a Perk 1 :ninja:

People gaming even on christmas morning

I may join them once I've had enough of my idiot family :p

Youre assuming everyone celebrates christmas and everyone is doing it on the 25th :p

We always do it on the 24th in my country, dont ask me why.

Based off this video you really should be using Flack Jacket as two of your 3(?) deaths were by grenades and Flack Jacket practically makes you a Demi-God when it comes to explosives and you really weren't sprinting around enough to warrant Lightweight IMO. Cool video none the less, I don't know how you do so well in Jungle I friggin hate that map!

Worst map of the game.

No. That would be Nuketown. Small, crap map jammed with random grenades and spray-and-pray kids.

When I play on my friends 360, I don't mind playing the map. Anytime Jungle comes up I hate it. Hard to see the people and you get shot at from the most randomest points.

I don't like Nuketown so much because I don't like playing any of the levels twice. And that one always gets played twice.

I enjoy tossing both my Willy Pete's onto the cliff where the Snipers hang on Jungle. They either die a slow and satisfying death or get shot by me as they jump out of it. :p

I love Nuketown, its quick, keeps you alert and on your toes.. Plus its awesome getting a napalm strike or helicopter, so many more kills! If you dont like the level, i imagine its because you're constantly getting killed ;) Well if you cant handle the heat!

Wow that "Kick Everyone" button is too tempting!

That's funny. When someone likes Nuketown, I figure it's because they don't like to think while they play.

I like it because it is a vastly different then the other maps. Sort of reminds my of Quake Team Arena. Massive run and gun, very hard to camp so everyone is in the fight. But that is for FFA, any other game type I think it is too small.

I hate it and love it at the some time.

I hate people getting chopper gunners and other heli's. Where many people quit, I decided to gut it out and ended a game with 108 DEATHS and 40 KILLS.

That's my biggest issue with it. It's way too small for most game types. I play demolition a lot. The one bomb site is so close to the other team's spawn that they could sneeze on it. It's hard to play, especially when half of your team is playing demo like it's deathmatch and not even bothering with the bomb. Such is life on a console I guess.

I'm maxed out on xp and the temptation to prestige is strong even though I worked for ages to get my fave perks pro'd :(

I went prestige level 1 thinking you would get 5 new custom classes, you only get 1 new :p

No way Im doing 7 prestige levels to get 5 custom classes :(

+1

With the broken respawn in BO Nuketown is just a mess

Kill person, person respawns right next to you lol

Connection has been horrendous today. There wasn't a single match that didn't had a lagasm, and a fair few had the host disconnecting and all sorts. It's either the Christmas rush, or they've put up an update and it's ruined things even more.

This is 360 BTW.

Quick question for the 360 users: I inserted Black Ops to try and install it to my hard drive, but no option to install it appears. Is it not possible or something?

You should have the disc in and then on the dashboard. I believe it's 'Y' that will prompt the install to HD.

Yes, sorry, I meant I tried that. But I doesn't give me the option to install it, just play. (I like installing all games I play frequently to avoid any potential scratching.)

Do you already have it installed then? It won't show if it's installed already.

Nope. I got it for Christmas and hadn't even played it yet. I went in and downloaded the update since it wasn't available to install, then exited out and tried to install again with the update -- still no luck.

Huh, that's strange. Are you able to install other games to your HDD?

    • They are neither of those things They cause virtually zero issues to end users as when leveraged correctly they are invisible. They aren't 'DRM', because, they're nothing to do with DigitalRightsManagement Some Anti-Cheat services I did see are starting to *use* the TPM to store creds/tokens, which it's for, but it's not involved beyond that. I would suggest doing some reading, both articles are fairly lengthy, but for MS Learn they're actually pretty decent at explaining the concepts.
