I'll just say this. after a long play I think 3 things..

1. Second Chance/Second Chance Pro is WAY overpowered.. It's getting annoying because you get 3 people on the other team wearing that perk and it completely kills the game because it seems they can take more bullet damage with Second chance and then they fall on the ground and still have the pistol.. You have to lose the whole clip on 1 person to kill them and if there's another guy standing next to him you have zero chance.

2. They need to adjust the AK74 it's ridiculously overpowered. It's the best weapon in the game and if you combine it with Lightweight/Marathon Pro you are pretty much unstoppable.

3. They nerfed the commando for no reason.. That blows.

ya I do uselly 6 people I team with all the time.. we call are spawn kills all the time.. its great fun making other fustrated...

oh stock pilling choppers is a great sport to. Gunship,Hewie, Attak chopper. once one team mate is empty we let another one unlesh... once we get going were on a roll, its nothing but chopper spawns.. one after another..

You would not bealive how many people run without Ghost Pro.

this is before camping, when I was doing my challanges

once I got board and figured out the spawns

I won't think you're good until you prestige. So the fact you're K/D is not even a 2.0 and you've probably been whoring a level 50 for weeks now is just pathetic.

way better then the ps3/Xbox version.

and having played the Xbox/pc Verion, Mouse and keyboard rule.. and having dedicatied server kick ass over the console p2p network. also this alowse for better ping witch is nesseery for higher hit rates.

No friend / squad match making at all though. That blows.

I got COD for the PS3. It is really the first call of duty game I have played and love.

I currently love the following levels in order...

-nuketown

-firing range

-jungle

-havana

-crisis

all the rest suck

One thing i can't stand about the other suck ass levels is that i waste half the time looking for people to take out. Every other game I find two or three dood camping out in a corner or boxing themselves into a building. There is no fun at all in that.

Nuketown is the best because you can throw a grenade at anytime and can actually hit someone alot. Once you get to a level 30 or 40 with better weapons these levels become alot of fun to play.

I am currently in love with the spectre with suppressor and rapid fire attachments.... I let a pal play the other day, and he was running and gunning without aiming, and surprisingly the spectre is excellent at killing people who take that second to aim through their scopes.

theirs a friends list on the pc as well as able to switch sides and stalk pile teams as well

also for clan wars its even easier on the pc. all you have to do is fine there server in the list and away you go.. if its really all planed out before hand it would be a server that temperately set up with a password as well so only clan members and the opposing clan can get it. it comes down to total customization and control. more then u can do on the console side.

also I been lvl 50 since 3 days after release.. and no I still don;t bealive in persiting in any call of duty title...

BTW my Ratio is over 2.00 now.. that shot was a older shot. the one in my video at the end shows 2.00 on the dot. Im currently sitting at 2.02 kd right now.

I put 400+ hours in MW2 and never presigtige once

and I alwazs use ghost pro for the main reason I don't alwazs play with my clan when I only.. depending on the time (if clan mates are on or not) or what mood I'm in I go solo on a random server.. ITs alwazs good to have for a back when ya really not working with some one.

Played through and beat the campaign in a couple of days on normal. The storyline is much better than Modern Warfare 2 or World at War, as was the level design. It still just didn't seem as good, overall, as the first two Call of Duty games and the first Modern Warfare. It just feels like it's been toned down so much (I mean that if it were a film, it's now more of a summer blockbuster than an actually good flick... similar to the Halo games, IMO). Still have to go through again on Veteran and play online, though.

Did you finally install it?

but since u ether missed it or didn't watch the video here's the picture I included at the time of frapping my replys.

9% accuracy? That's terrible. I thought I was doing bad since I'm only at 22% and, in the other games, I hovered around 26 - 27%.

LOL you should read his other posts. He pretty much has to camp to have a decent K/D (and even admitted to it) so his low accuracy doesn't surprise me :D.

Dang, the population of Black Ops has taken a big dump. I remember playing with 3 million others back in November. Now I see about 380k or less every day.

I just thought of that before. Though now the game is swamped with noobs who got the game for Christmas, and I always seem to be on a team exclusively with level 30 and under. Not that they're bad, but the majority of the time they're not as good as the other team that has more experiences players.

I'll say it again about the CoD franchise, same **** different title.

The same could be said about Halo, honestly. Which is why I'm glad that's getting handed off to another developer.

I hope the new Call of Duty teams actually advance the franchise.

    • Bluesky COO warns social media regulations could destroy competition from small startups by Paul Hill Fears that increasing government control of social media risks regulatory capture by the biggest social media firms were raised again recently. Bluesky’s chief operating officer said in an interview that social media bans for children and tighter regulations for social media firms risk creating a world where there are only a few social media platforms run by companies with the deepest pockets. Regulations on social media firms have been very lax since they appeared for mainstream users in the 2000’s. This gave Meta, Snapchat, and Google time to build up their user bases and get entrenched, with Meta being the most successful. Now that Meta has succeeded, it has been attempting regulatory capture. By pushing for more regulations of social media, Meta hopes to make it more difficult for rivals to challenge it. For its part, it doesn’t need to worry about the cost of regulation because it has a lot of money to spend, whereas startups do not. Speaking to CNBC, Rose Wang, Bluesky’s chief operating officer, said: “I support the protection and the safety of youth, the question that we have then is at what cost, because essentially what I’m scared of is in the long term, we’re headed to a world where there’s about three to five platforms, and extreme heavy regulation of those platforms, and basically the whole compliance teams of these platforms are 10 times the size of our entire team. So, basically, we’re living in a world where it’s almost impossible for smaller entrants to come in and build healthier spaces. These platforms have led to a place where the bottom line is the thing that drives what they do... so I understand why governments have to step in and regulate, because the platforms have done nothing right.” She said that while she is not against regulation, there needs to be more channels between the small to mid-sized players and regulators to help protect them. She says that big tech players, on the other hand, “who we know are circumventing regulation,” need to be regulated. Essentially, the Bluesky position is one of nuance, rather than absolutes. While Bluesky’s proposal may preserve competition in the social media space, it still doesn’t address the massive privacy implications these age verification measures introduce, such as handing over sensitive identity documents to access age-gated content.
