Please check the OP first before sending out keys... In that case, I've already sent them keys as soon as they posted the requests. Thank you for sharing though! :D

Thanks to those of you who PM'd me the spare keys that you got elsewhere. I now have ~10 keys to give away! I'm sure there will be a new wave of players looking for keys tomorrow :)

So has anyone downloaded the game yet? 1.9 gb isn't so bad I suppose. Installing now, probably going to be around a 5 or 6 gig install total.

The install is actually just around 1.9 gb. It's either really good or really bad compression, hahaha.

@revelized: Key sent!

Going to bed. Will keep checking back and sending out more keys throughout tomorrow!

Not sure if anyone has noticed this yet, but the Early Access and possibly the Open Beta too are ONLY available to people in the US and Canada: http://forum.nexon.net/Vindictus/forums/thread/5684472.aspx

So if you are outside the US, despite having a key, you will not be able to play, sadly.

EDIT: As they are using IP blocking to enforce it, chances are at least some IPs might show the wrong location (and possibly outside the US), so if you live in the US and cannot log on once they release it, be sure to send a support ticket.

There were people who played in the Closed Beta that do not live in the U.S. or Canada. If you were able to make an account and enter a key then you will be able to play in the open beta. At least, one would believe so.

Hmmm, interesting......not sure if the GM is wrong or not, but I'm fairly certain that statement covers the open beta as well and not just release. Oh well, we will see later today.

could be an automated message. if you read that thread people are saying they played cb from europe and other places.

So...has anyone played the game yet?

you can already download it the servers however, are currently under maintenance however, later today it will be playable (which is fine by me being that i am stuck at work until 5 est)

The early access beta starts September 15, and they are giving away beta keys to selected users.

The interesting part here is that each person that activates ONE beta key automatically gets TWO back!

I happen to have an extra key, so I'd like to start a beta key giveaway loop here on Neowin.

If you want a key, please reply to this thread, and I will PM you one.

RULE: Once you get your key from me, go activate it immediately, you will get 2 new ones via email, come back here and PM me at least one of those, and I shall distribute to the next person in the loop!

Possibly, as it supposedly going to be US and Canada only at release, it may be part of their automated support system thats in place for release.

Hopefully others (outside the US and Canada) can play, but it won't surprise me if they can't.

Mine returns a server error trying to log into the client - there is only a choice of East and West servers
