Just heard about Bellator 138 over the weekend; Ken Shamrock vs. Kimbo Slice as the main event and a lot of people are screaming "FIX!". What do you all think?

Bellator wasn't in on it, but it's clearly a fix. Choke in, hooks in, Kimbo doesn't know how to defend, and Ken just gives it up. Meh, dominating position? Who needs it.

UFC 190 bout order is set. Ronda is going to trounce Correia. Looking forward to seeing Jessica Aguilar's debut fight.

Main card:
Ronda Rousey vs. Bethe Correia
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Mauricio Rua
Fernando Bruno vs. Glaico Franca
Dileno Lopes vs. Reginaldo Vieira
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Stefan Struve
Antonio Silva vs. Soa Palelei
Jessica Aguilar vs. Claudia Gadelha

Undercard:
Neil Magny vs. Demian Maia
Patrick Cummins vs. Rafael Cavalcante
Nordine Taleb vs. Warlley Alves
Leandro Issa vs. Iuri Alcantara
Clint Hester vs. Vitor Miranda
Guido Cannetti vs. Hugo Viana

Machida looked shot to ###### as soon as the 2nd round started. He should retire or just start fighting former champions at Franklinweight.

Also, Bellator 139 had a massive KO as well. Hisaki Kato, a MASSIVE underdog, pulled the upset.

If Mendes has been secretly preparing for this (because he knows Aldo is made of glass), Connor is going to have a very hard fight in his hands. Aldo would be hard as well, but he can't wrestle worth a damn. Will we be seeing the second TAM champion arise?

Gilbert Melendez fails UFC 188 drug test, suspended one year

... ######!

You were supposed to be the chosen one!!!!!!

Gilbert always seemed like a guy that could (once in a blue moon) get popped for weed. But exogenous testosterone in a fight that he lost to a badly injured Eddie Alvarez? Goddamn' it.

Biggest PPV of the year is coming up. Weigh-in is tomorrow. Very excited about this card. Solid, top to bottom. The only "blemish" I can point out is that Matt Brown is going to fight Tim Means in the prelims instead of Brandon Thatch on the Main Card. That would be a beautifully violent fight.

Main Card (PPV, 10 PM ET)

Conor McGregor (145) vs. Chad Mendes (144.5)
Robbie Lawler (169.5) vs. Rory MacDonald (170)
Dennis Bermudez (146) vs. Jeremy Stephens (149.5*)
Gunnar Nelson (169.5) vs. Brandon Thatch (170.5)
Thomas Almeida (136) vs. Brad Pickett (136)

Preliminary Card (FS1, 8 PM ET)

Matt Brown (171) vs. Tim Means (171)
Alex Garcia (171) vs. Mike Swick (170.5)
John Howard (170.5) vs. Cathal Pendred (171)
Henry Briones (136) vs. Cody Garbrandt (136)

Preliminary Card (Fight Pass, 7 PM ET)

Neil Seery (125.5) vs. Louis Smolka (126)
Yosdenis Cedeno (155) vs. Cody Pfister (156)

Everyone made weight, except for Jeremy Stephens. If he loses this fight, he's getting cut from the UFC for sure.

Gotta feel bad for Mendez, he's being used as a sacrificial lamb after Aldo pussied out of a real challenge

The consensus #1 guy in the division that just couldn't fight Aldo in the near future because he had already lost twice, albeit the second time was pretty close?

That's not a sacrificial lamb. Sacrificial lambs are the TUF Latin America guys getting thrown to guys like Cody Garbrandt. Or Gunnar having to gameplan for Thatch on short notice.

Chad Mendes probably was keeping himself ready for this anyway because Aldo is notoriously brittle, despite his P4P greatness. It's a competitive fight. It's not a Invicta FC title mauling.

And this was just the second best knee on this card. Thomas Almeida proved that he is more than just a guy with a padded record crushing cans in regional shows. He is legit.

This is tomorrow and... nobody cares. It has received close to zero promotional stuff on the UFC's social media channels.

On the other hand... UFC 190 is going to be BIG. And UFC 189 was massive on the PPV side of things (the lower bound is 700k buys).

Main Card (8 PM ET, FOX)

T.J. Dillashaw (135) vs. Renan Barao (135)

Jessica Eye (136) vs. Miesha Tate (135.5)

Edson Barboza (155) vs. Paul Felder (155.5)

Takanori Gomi (155.5) vs. Joe Lauzon (155.5)

Preliminary Card (6 PM ET, FOX)

Tom Lawlor (203) vs. Gian Villante (205)

Danny Castillo (155.5) vs. Jim Miller (155)

Kenny Robertson (170) vs. Ben Saunders (170.5)

Bryan Caraway (135.5) vs. Eddie Wineland (136)

Preliminary Card (4 PM ET, Fight Pass)

Daron Cruickshank (155) vs. James Krause (155.5)

Andrew Holbrook (155.5) vs. Ramsey Nijem (156)

Jessamyn Duke (135.5) vs. Elizabeth Phillips (135)

Zak Cummings (170.5) vs. Dominique Steele (170.5)

    • Microsoft is making Windows 11's context menus faster, simpler, and configurable by Taras Buria Five years ago, Windows 11 introduced redesigned context menus, offering users a simpler, more modern design. However, customers quickly discovered that the new menus leave a lot to be desired. Many are unhappy with performance (they are really slow), while others dislike the double-layed design, where many options are hidden behind the "Show more options" button. In addition, over the years, menus became cluttered and overloaded. While Microsoft has already fixed plenty of pain points across Windows 11, context menus remain mostly unchanged. Fortunately, Microsoft is finally listening. Marcus Ash, Design and Research Lead for Windows at Microsoft, responded to a tweet on X, confirming that the company is working on fixing Windows 11's context menus. Reworked context menus are supposed to be faster, simpler by default, and "configurable to what you use most." What the latter means is unknown, just like whether Microsoft plans to keep the classic menu alongside the modern one, but according to Marcus, the wait should finally be over soon, as he promised to "share our approach soon." Improved context menus will most likely appear first in Windows 11 preview builds in the Experimental Channel. While we wait for Microsoft to release them, you can try fixing context menus on your PC with a simple tool called Windows 11 Context Menu Manager. It lets you disable entries you do not need, not only cleaning up context menus, but also making them significantly faster. Microsoft has already improved Windows 11's Start menu and taskbar, so hopefully it will address user criticism of the context menu as well. Stay tuned for new Windows 11 preview builds, which usually arrive every Friday.

    • "No. The "New Outlook for Windows" does not support non-cloud mailboxes (such as on-premises Exchange servers). Furthermore, because the New Outlook effectively functions as a web-based client, it requires all connected accounts—even standard IMAP or POP accounts—to route and cache data through Microsoft's cloud servers. You can verify the accepted account setups using the Microsoft Supported Account Types Guide." Built to fail "New" Outlook is basically just webmail in a window wrapper and it's usefulness reflects that.
