madd-hatter
I want to combine multiple tracks into one in-between beats with no fading. I also want to do a little cross-fading separately. I have limited music software knowledge. What software would be the easiest and yield the best results for an amateur? I'd prefer to stay away from trials. Thx for any help! MR_Candyman
Acid Music Studio 8 is what you want While I don't generally like cheaper music programs, Acid has always impressed. You can also try Acid Xpress which is free, but limited to 10 tracks and isn't full featured (although Studio 8 isn't either as it has less features than pro)
madd-hatter
ty for your help. I'm trying out AMS8 now, took me a while to get going but I'm happy with what I was able to do in only a few hours. I look forward to working on it more.
