Haters Gonna Hate

Oh, and if there's nothing to shoot you can always shoot people. Get a small studio together or something and have friends, family members, good looking girls, etc. to pose for you.

Where I spend most of time is at work M-F, where I live in a room with teh basic necessities (cable, internet, bathroom), so space is a little bit cramped, though that's an idea, photograph my surroundings.

As for people, Where I work is 3-4 hours away from where I live, Family... Away, then a couple of co-workers whom I get along with, but meh... As for good looking girls... Let's leave that to "beauty is in the eye of teh beholder" not to mention people here are jealous they would probably go "hey why you taking photos of my chick".

But let's try to keep on topic :p /rant :/

Just a couple from me. I seem to take piles of photographs that I never upload or do anything with :(

try Model Mayhem? I'll be doing that this summer once school is out. I dunno how populated your area is, so that'll definitely determine how useful that site is.

Model Mayhem in third world countries?

I'm assuming Fail :p since the guy appears to have dropped the other fire baton ? Nice photo, but the flash kinda ruins the "firey" feeling.

Pictures from a huge fire at a bowling alley. I got there a little bit before it was done. If I would have been up at 5am I would have gone. Although I was contacted by a local ABC news station and they asked for the pictures I had. I sent them and sure enough at 6pm and 11pm my pictures were live on the news. Next time I'll take some video too.

I had trouble lighting this one up without losing a lot of the highlights. I was under a tree with variable sun conditions, and setting manual settings wasn't really an option to get this shot. he NEVER looks at the camera.

This has got to be one of the cutest and most precious moments I've ever captured on film. There's a lot of personality in the expressions. I also tried for rule of thirds here. Not too accurate, but once again, when you're taking candids of children, it's impossible to get ideal conditions.

Good photography can make make the most mundane objects look awesome.

Taken while driving east on I-40. Yes, I was driving. Don't try this at home :p

I like this, wish I could see more of the road though. Looks really dark.

I took three exposures just in case I wanted to make an HDR... But I rarely do HDR, I ultimately decided that this was "good enough" that I don't need to go through the extra processing work... But maybe I will make an HDR version later on and upload it so you can view!

wow, this is muuuuch better. Without the little shopping mall in the background, this would make a great Fallout scene or something. You know, the whole road of desolation thing.

Really cool (Y)

    • Nah. They'll milk the current generation in terms of design - controllers, consoles, but no meaningful hardware improvements. This is one reason why people aren't buying Xbox hardware - it's stagnant.
    • Funny, but I didn't had the issue. All PC's at work are Dell and we had the culprit version of Support Assist for about 2 weeks until we got the new one. No problem at all. And for checking you can also use Dell Command Update, no need to search in windows settings. Just check the Upgrade History.
    • YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    • Apple are scared of their customers! They have built a brand over the years of "it just works out of the box", but that slows innovation. Samsung's master stroke was the Galaxy Ultra: "Let's cram everything into one handset, make it so stupid only real nerds will love it, some of the features will work, some won't, but the audience will have such a high tolerance they won't care". Apple has no such device and so they are constantly worrying these days about the fallout of creating a new experience that customers might not like. I know it is often cited the reason they don't build a touchscreen Mac Book is they don't want to cannibalise the the iPad market, but I think it's equally cold feet after the criticism Microsoft receive trying to make a touch compatible desktop OS
