While this game is PunkBuster enabled, PB isn't actually enabled :\

Not really that funny, it's more funny that hackers are still allowed to run rampant. Hackers destoyed Crysis 2 MP for me :(

Battlelog is being updated now!

Yeah, I noticed, I got booted out of a game and we were winning too. Sad.

I'm not to concerned about hackers in release because they were handled pretty well in BC2. In my nearly 600 hours in BC2 I saw maybe 4 hackers and they were usually quickly dealt with by admins. I just don't get why they don't enable PB during the beta trial.

Very good point mate. In my 400+ hrs on BC2 I saw maybe 5-6 real hackers.

I think it's kinda smart of DICE to leave PunkBuster off for now and don't do too much against hackers in the Beta phase, that way they can see what exactly they do and how the hacks improve over time hopefully giving us a hack free final game with the day-0 patch^^

It's the same screen where you choose your class and switch weapons. Left/Right changes class, LB/RB changes highlighted weapon, and Up/Down selects spawn point. You should be able to go up and down (the selection is in the upper-left area right under "ATTACKER DEPLOY POINTS" or "DEFENDER" depending on which side you're on) unless you're either not on a squad or your whole squad is dead.

that instant death thing has happened to me a couple of times. especially being in perfect cover and then all of a suddent dying because the server finally caught up. this technically shouldn't be an issue if you are in a fast server.

it's so annoying. i don't know what worse though. at least the bullets are killing you in this, youtube videos of the hit registration in BC2, it's pretty bad sometimes...

Went through your games, and didn't really find anything suspicious. The only game jumped on my radar, was this one: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/battlereport/show/767305/1/325960090/ libra_nick got pretty high number of kills, but that's pretty much it. Her/his accuracy is too low and I guess Lino_Germany's is at 100 because he killed someone and quit. Doubt anyone really hacked.

There was definitely a hacker there, I searched the games I played but couldn't see a name to remind me who it was, if you want the name of a confirmed hacker check out "VToThe0" I was just playing that person a few minutes ago approx 8:15 EST and it racked up 100 kills in a matter of minutes using an auto-aim.

So I unlocked the AN-94. It's lovely gun. I think perhaps even better than the legendary UMP. But it has a huge glitch that gives you a MASSIVE advantage.

I was wondering how that gun would perform. Judging by your post it's completely broken though.

Have you used the DAO-12 yet? That gun is amazing.

Gotta say I absolutely LOVE playing aggressive sniper (either attack or def). They just don't expect a recon in the face. Especially with a SVD or MK11. God damn it, it's beautiful. I've just hit Rank 50 in 28 hours of playtime... :o

The gun itself is amazing, kills pretty well. It's the animation, sound and glitchness of it that lets it down.
Have you used the DAO-12 yet? That gun is amazing.
Haven't really tried any of the shotguns to be honest. Only really gave the 870 a go

      I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....

      I agree with both of you... It's absolutely imperative that science is completely based on actual proven facts and hard evidence and is not considered dogmatic in any way. Science is not a religion and it will never be, and that's exactly how it's supposed to be.
