No there are still themes. You have to check on "Complete Themes" in AMO. Marshall, that theme FT Deep Dark used to be compatible with the latest nightly builds. It does seem however that not many of the Complete Themes are being updated. Some are not even compatible with the released version of Firefox.

Thanks Gary,

It seems the only dark themes that are compatible with FF 22 are the Lava series, which are quite ugly as they have XP-like rounded tabs.

Thanks anyway though. :)

Add this pref in about:config extensions.checkCompatibility.nightly and set value to false. After this You can install any theme/extension, almost everything what is compatibly with stable release will be also OK with Nightly ;)

Thanks, but there is no such string available in the config?

You must create this: about:config -> click with RMB -> add new boolean: past there : extensions.checkCompatibility.nightly -> confirm with enter -> take value "false" in next window-> enter-> ready (sometimes You need restart browser)

;)

I know this is not the appropriate thread, but this is where I'm most likely to get this noticed: I just updated to FF20. I got the new download thing next to the home icon, but when trying to move around the feedly icon, I lost both the feedly and download icons, and when I right click and choose "Customize..." neither are there. What gives, and how do I get them back?

Not sure about Feedly, maybe in its addon settings?

But Right click > customise > Restore Default Set - should bring the downloads one back

Uninstall and reinstall feedly ?

Nah, I just put the url as my home page, so I can get it that way. It wasn't that important anyway, as I'm not a big fan of the web interface and I hope they fix it before Google Reader shuts down. Just my OCD taking over. Thanks anyway!

Baseline Compiler landed in Firefox 23 and it is enabled by default, no need to change preference although for "chrome" and "content" purpose preferences are in about:config

.

Block Mixed active content support with UI landed as well - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=834836

After OMTDecoding "MJPEG" were not displaying properly, it is fixed now - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=856486

Text to Speech another dependent bug fixed (Accessibility feature)- https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=858136

(Kind a snappy) More Offloading from Main thread: https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=792920

(Now it is directly added in mozilla-central base, similar to Chrome approach, new extensions API on new version basis) Updating Addon SDK - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=858326

SQLite update (will be most likely backported to Aurora) - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=856469

After OMTDecoding "MPJPEG" increased CPU usage - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=856602

(Kind a snappy) calling some stuff from Image library out of main thread - https://bugzilla.moz...g.cgi?id=857367

BTW Snappy is ruled out and superseded by "Performance", so now it is more like Performance meeting weekly rather than Snappy.

Is there any way to automatically delete download list when item is downloaded? In versi?n 19 when all items where downloaded it did and now it doesn't

I think I red several such question on mozillazine forum, I think only solution currently available is return to old DM window by switching browser.download.useToolkitUI;false preference to true.

Correct me if wrong...

Motion JPEG images are much better now, even before the OMTD work they were pretty buggy (Like it instantly replacing the previous frame when it started decoding the next frame, making it flicker). Now that they're double buffered and decoded on a separate there there shouldn't be any issues like that.

    • As much as I love owning my own hardware, it's hard to argue with the value. I'm not a huge gamer, I'd actually be interested in a cheaper plan with limited monthly hours, or even a pay-by-the-hour plan.
    • Well, they (LibreOffice/The Document Foundation) are bitchy and whiny, yes, but they're right, at least this time. It doesn't make sense to market something as "free and open source to thwart dependency on foreign companies' software" but at the same time, using the format of said companies (Microsoft) by default. That way, you are changing nothing, essentially, you're just using another UI. I'm not saying they should drop other formats altogether, but they shouldn't default to the thing they're trying to run away from in the first place. If you're gonna do something, just go all the way in, don't stop in the middle, IMO.

    • Vivaldi 8.0.4033.46 by Razvan Serea Vivaldi is a cross-platform web browser built for – and with – the web. A browser based on the Blink engine (same in Chrome and Chromium) that is fast, but also a browser that is rich in functionality, highly flexible and puts the user first. A browser that is made for you. Vivaldi is produced with love by a founding team of browser pioneers, including former CEO Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner, who co-founded and led Opera Software. Vivaldi’s interface is very customizable. Vivaldi combines simplicity and fashion to create a basic, highly customizable interface that provides everything a internet user could need. The browser allows users to customize the appearance of UI elements such as background color, overall theme, address bar and tab positioning, and start pages. Vivaldi features the ability to "stack" and "tile" tabs, annotate web pages, add notes to bookmarks and much more. • I'm surprised they haven't found a way to fix that. As much as I don't like software wasting memory, a file manager is the kind of thing that makes sense to keep running in active memory for super-fast recall. I suspect that is why MS makes their File Explorer part of the main explorer.exe shell, so that it is guaranteed to always be running.
