Fallout Shelter coming to the Xbox One on February 7 with support for Xbox Play Anywhere

It has been quite some time since Bethesda released its mobile game, Fallout Shelter. Now the title is finally arriving on the Xbox One for free with Xbox Play Anywhere support.

Alongside the exciting news that a new Fallout would be arriving, Bethesda also announced its first foray into the mobile space with Fallout Shelter. The game arrived on iOS and Android devices and became a smash hit receiving generally good reviews. While the title was later released on PC, it is now finally making its way to the Xbox One as a Xbox Play Anywhere title.

If you have never experienced the game, it a simulation title that requires players build and manage their own Vault. This means that you will build an underground society with rooms that provide food, shelter, energy, entertainment, and more. As your community grows, so does the complexity of the Vault, which can even be attacked by outside intruders. While it sounds overwhelming (and it can be), once you get the hang of it, it can be a very relaxing title.

Fallout Shelter will arrive on the Xbox One on February 7. The title will be a free download and have Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing you to also sync gameplay and continue the action on a Windows 10 PC.
