Firefox 33 released, now available for download

Mozilla, the team behind Firefox, has released the next update to their platform. The latest update bumps the version number up to 33 and it brings with it a couple new features too.

Mozilla Firefox is a fast, full-featured Web browser. Firefox includes pop-up blocking, tab-browsing, integrated Google search, simplified privacy controls, a streamlined browser window that shows you more of the page than any other browser and a number of additional features that work with you to help you get the most out of your time online.

The team loves to pump out builds too as they have moved to the rapid release cycle which means that new stable builds are coming out all the time. With version 33, there are some new features which you can see from the release notes below. It is worth pointing out that these notes are from the last beta version, as the final release notes are not available yet.

If this all sounds good to you, the downloads are now available at the links below. While we would not expect any major issues, let us know if any odd bugs pop in the comments below.
