Valentine's Day is just over a week away, which means that a number of companies are putting together promotions for the holiday. If you haven't bought a gift for your significant other, Huawei is hoping that they need a new phone, or more specifically, an Honor 7X.
Today, Huawei announced that it is selling its limited edition red variant of its Honor 7X phone in the United States, beginning today. The handset will be priced the same as a regular Honor 7X, at $199.
Fans will also get a chance to win two of 10 of the limited edition devices via a contest on Instagram. That's right; each winner will receive two devices, meaning that there will be five winners in total. The Honor 7X packs quite a punch considering its $199 price tag. It includes a 5.93-inch 18:9 1080p display, Huawei's Kirin 659 octa-core chipset, 32GB of onboard storage, and 3GB RAM. The 16-megapixel rear camera has a wide aperture range of f/0.95-f/16, and it includes phase detection autofocus (PDAF), meaning that you can take clear, sharp images quickly.
If you're interested in the red Honor 7X, you're going to want to order it soon, since Huawei is only selling a limited number of these.
