KDE 3.2.3 has finally been released. In case you don't know KDE is one of the most advanced and powerful free desktop for GNU/Linux and other UNIXes. KDE 3.2.3 ships with a basic desktop and eighteen other packages (PIM, administration, network, edutainment, utilities, multimedia, games, artwork, web development and more). KDE's award-winning tools and applications are available in 51 languages (now including Arabic, Croatian and Upper Sorbian compared to KDE 3.2.2).
What's New:
- Euphoria screensaver: Fixed "white bg" bug, some mem leaks, more precise timing
- Plastik: Ported changes from the development branch back to KDE 3.2.x. They include various bug fixes and small visible changes.
- Plastik: Adopt horizontal menu geometries from Keramik [#79674]
- Plastik: Use the correct background color for translucent menus [#81249]
- general: More and better usage of icons in different applications
